NY Post panders to about an 8th grade reading and comprehension level. IMO.

I wonder if the Family Medical Leave Act would cover this? Best Buy may not be legally able to fire KP even if they wanted to but I agree it's in their best interest to not fire him. If he had a good reputation with his supervisors they may even help him get a job in another place. And there are many tech jobs that would even allow a telecommute where KP could mostly work from home to stay with SP more.
They do allow British people to reside in the US, and even marry US citizens,
Thus going home could be going somewhere else in the US to celebrate with their family.

That statement from Bosenko about keeping an open mind is old. Notice they don't quote the sheriff saying they're not ruling KP out as a suspect? I feel like I'm reading celebrity tabloids. This is awful!

Well, in most brutal crimes, the family of the victim usually suffers greatly, be it a spouse, parent, child, or whomever. It'd be the exception, not the rule, if a crime was perpetrated on one victim simply to make a particular family member suffer. I've heard no compelling reason to think Keith was the ultimate target.
I looked at that NY Post "article."
They made up a salacious headline.
They repeated that KP took & passed a polygraph. But they also have an earlier quote that "nothing is being ruled out." So NY Post made up the "husband cannot be excluded" as their headline.
Caveat Emptor & Reader
They heavily imply that KP just took another polygraph. After the release of SP. And that quote from the sheriff about keeping an open mind is a new quote, isn't it?
Yeah, I didn't want to 'scoop' whoever asked.
But since they don't seem to be posting it, here's the link:
Abducted joggers husband not ruled out as a suspect
That article is seriously lacking in details or citations, though.
For 24 hours, the 20-year-old Arlington woman was missing. Shed been kidnapped at gunpoint, raped and sold to a pimp for $500 money she was expected to recoup by prostituting herself.
The Arlington womans ordeal in July points to a particularly brutal method of sexual exploitation and sheds light on the hidden crime of human trafficking. Nationally, federal task forces investigated about 2,500 suspected human trafficking incidents from 2008 through mid-2010, with 88 percent involving prostitution. Most of the other cases involved labor trafficking.
On the early morning of July 24, the woman and her friend, Karla Uribe, left Club Rio in west Oak Cliff and walked about five minutes to Uribes green Ford Explorer, according to interviews and police records. As they got into the SUV, a man appeared, pressed a gun into Uribes back and forced her to drive around. At first, it seemed like a robbery, the 20-year-old woman said.
Most puzzling, from what I've read; sex traffickers do not abduct people from the streets and sell them to escort agencies, or on back page or whatnot. The victims are mostly lured in runaways and so-on.
Kidnapping someone for this purpose is just unheard of. It would just be to risky. If I'm wrong, point me to a case where it has happpened.
Ok this is a stretch but so is everything we really have to talk about. I wonder if it's possible this is connected at all to Kristy Porter. Petite mom vanishes without a trace 3 hours away...
Maybe he is married to an American?
I can't figure out where the info about him being English came from either...I'm going to have to rewatch the 20/20 special.
I've heard no compelling reason for Sherri being the target, either. JMO
Is it against the law for a wealthy person to possess $100,000 in cash?
Well that's obvious LOL. I guess I don't understand the significance of mentioning him being British and leaving. Why would that matter unless he was leaving the country.
EDIT- honestly I just mentioned it because it suck me as odd- the whole thing as odd with the anonymous donor and none of it makes sense and that was one more oddity IMO if he was indeed leaving the country. Most people don't have 6 figures lying around and then "return it to the bank"

She's straight out of Central Casting if you're looking to attach yourself onto something that will make you famous. CG was able to nationally provide Season 10 of 24 as a reimaged Jack Bauer and demonstrate his 'test case' for expanding out nationally.
