Deceased/Not Found TX - Julie Gonzalez, 21, Austin, 26 March 2010 *G de la Cruz Guilty*

Fagerberg's story misses something, mainly what Julie Ann's mental state would be with respect to the man who would sign her divorce papers..... Why on earth would Julie Ann give her credit card to a man who was making her jump through every hoop to get out of a relationship with him? Why would...

    GUILTY NV - Suellen, 31, & Lexis Roberts, 12, Las Vegas, 4 Sept 2010

http://www.abc15.com/dpp/news/state/mother-and-daughter-missing%3A-family-suspects-foul-play It looks like this is quite unusual- family suspects fowl play. I wonder what role Lexis' father plays in her and Suellen's life.

CA - Norma Lopez, 17, abducted & murdered, Moreno Valley, 15 July 2010 *Arrest*

Cited from http://www.opposingviews.com/i/possible-suspect-in-norma-lopez-murder So far, Tasby's home has been searched and he has not been declared a POI. If Tasby taught at Norma's school, he knew her. Are the police staying mum on this right now because they are hoping someone will slip up...

    Bumping for Lisa.

    GUILTY KS - Alicia DeBolt, 14, Great Bend, 21 August 2010 - #3

The comments sections on the recent articles are disturbing. The locals seem so eager to blame the mother for everything. I think we know enough about criminals to understand that they kill girls walking home from school or any other time during the day. If AL had his eye on her, then only a...

    CANADA Canada - Sonia Varaschin, 42, Orangeville, 29 Aug 2010 - #1

I agree. My question is how he got TO her home (his car was parked behind or near town hall area if he drove her car back to his own) in the first place. And how did he get in? And if he walked to her home and left his car elsewhere knowing he would return to it, then maybe there is a...

    CANADA Canada - Sonia Varaschin, 42, Orangeville, 29 Aug 2010 - #1

Thanks RubyRed. If you look at the photo of the area where the still-unidentified body was found, it doesn't seem as remote as it sounds in the article descriptions. There is even a residency with fairly large windows nearby...

GUILTY Canada - Ann Marie Shirran, 32, St John's NL, 18 July 2010

I bolded that statement because it leaves open the question of whether she left her baby alone in the house when she went out that night. If she did leave the baby alone, then she might have been in a very depressed or reckless state of mind. On the other hand, are we sure she stepped out...

    CANADA Canada - Sonia Varaschin, 42, Orangeville, 29 Aug 2010 - #1

This whole thing sounds too hasty and rushed to be premeditated. It seems like a lurker or an ex-boyfriend wanted to "talk" to her and things did not go the way he had hoped. Hopefully he is shaking in his shoes right now. I don't know enough about Canadian law to know if mens rea is as...

    GUILTY KS - Alicia DeBolt, 14, Great Bend, 21 August 2010 - #2

I've been hoping this was not gang-related because men seem to get so much more audacity to do horrible, horrible things when in groups together, but it seems that is still quite a possibility. The girl posting these things is probably sharing the local speculations and rumors (which may or...

GUILTY NY - Mandy Jenkins, 30, North Amityville, 23 Aug 2010

Sounds like her family (including niece) have been worried about something happening to her for awhile, probably due to her circle of friends. My heart goes out to them.

CA - Norma Lopez, 17, abducted & murdered, Moreno Valley, 15 July 2010 *Arrest*

I know the memorial service is scheduled for his morning. The LE might be waiting until after the service to make any announcements out of respect for the family? It does seem strange that they are sitting on this- can't help thinking there will be others charged in relation to this crime.

Thanks guys. I'm still learning. This case horrifies me. I homeschool my son right now, and think I will homeschool my little daughters as well but I hate to admit it is partly because our little girls are so vulnerable in this world. There are so many predators.

NE NE - Lacey Anderson, 19, Norfolk, 23 Aug 2009

RIP Lacey. It is so sad when a young person's life is taken. Kids make mistakes, and it breaks my heart when their chances to grow out of these mistakes and mature are stolen. I hope her killer (or killers) are found and put away.

    GUILTY KS - Alicia DeBolt, 14, Great Bend, 21 August 2010 - #2

Such a sad, heartbreaking case. I am sure the GF will testify against him to save herself from any possible conspiracy charges, so the prosecution has at least one "witness" lined up. What I really wonder about is the GF's children. I am completely unfamiliar with how prosecution deals with...

I'm not sure if this is appropriate, but I found a link to images about Norma and specifically Tasby's facebook profile. Please let me know if I'm not following the rules in posting this.
