Good points - I think a reasonable and intelligent person would certainly be "irked," BUT they would be intelligent enough to do everything possible early on in a investigation to cooperate with LE, because THEY will be the ones to return your loved one! If it were my spouse, and I were...
Yes, ours has cameras everywhere! And alarms. Inside, outside, all over the yard, garages, substations, everywhere. And they are manned 24/7 by a outside service. We all also able to view all of the cameras from computers or our phones. Copper theft is a massive problem.
They would have a generator - pretty sure. I would imagine they would have to come in during an outage (to get the trucks, tools, answer phones, etc.) so they have to have power.
I worked for a small rural electric co-op for many years. Copper theft is a HUGE problem for all utilities, thus we had many, many cameras all over the property. The police would routinely ask for footage whenever there was crime in the neighborhood. I can imagine their utility would have...
I totally take this as "We can NOT' tell you" - as opposed to "We can't tell you." I take it as "we will NOT tell you" as opposed to "We are not ABLE to tell you." They have a job to do, to find this girl!
Unfortunately I totally agree with your theory. They aren't stupid, and I think they already know pretty much what's happened. Prayers that I am totally wrong.
I respectfully disagree. I think THEY think that though they respect the public's wants, they have a job to do and for the rest of us to rightly stand aside and let them do it.
THIS PEOPLE^^^^^^ I'm really tired of hearing how persecuted this man is. He CHOSE to not help the investigation of two little girls who were murdered. We heard that from LE that he was not honest in his alibi. If it were your child and this guy didn't step up and do everything he could to...
Excuse me, but he lied in his alibi. And resources were taken away to deal with HIM instead of finding the killer. He's probably not the killer, but his "self-preservation" has not helped the investigation. And the families and community will continue to suffer because of it.
The fact that RL violated his probation – more than once- testifies to his character as a person who struggles to obey the law is maddening. But the fact that he did not cooperate to the fullest in the investigation is reprehensible! There is a brutal killer out there, and his not being...
Thank you! BEST post in a while! LE is looking at him for one reason or another. This is what these people do for a living, and they know a hell of a lot more than we do.
