Sleepover confirmation in todays newspaper may be inaccurate reporting. However assuming it is correct and that GBC and ABC were estranged, the obvious sleepover location for 3 children on a school night, would have been with him. What a perfect night for his (ex)wife to vanish - especially if...

Sorry to disappoint you all but today is not a day the police would arrest anyone in relation to this matter. It would show total disrespect to the memory of a wonderful person. Today has to be a day about her and only her. With young children in the loop, they need to have every ounce of...

Brizzy chick I can't agree more. Wife does a bit of stalking and catches them both out, they have been lying to her (Personally I hate liars - ABC might have too - it comes as part of a good upbringing) big reaction by narcissists to confrontation and as a result ABC funeral to take place...

I need to understand something here in relation to loopholes. If he said "I saw it her do something" and " I did a runner at that point" and then she is subsequently questioned and says "I saw him do something and " I did a runner" How do the police press charges ?

Does anyone know what the building is next to their home - lots of car parking bays and a yellow sign...

Very well spotted Berry - mmmm seems to deliberately miss off a certain person. Can think of a few reasons why someone might do that!!

Much has been mentioned about GBC's accident possibly being an avoidance tactic so he did not have to attend the Press conference with the Police. Cannot help but wonder if this may have been an attempt at suicide - that car is pretty mangled up so he would have hit that wall pretty hard.

I can tell you all one thing for certain - I would never loan my car to GBC to drive!!

This link suggests otherwise - so her car was in the garage. The car on the road may have been the more memorable one with signage. I wonder which one she was going to be driving the next day...

I may have missed this, has it been established that the White Car which promotes his real-estate business, is the car she normally drives and was the one on their property?

I remember that question being asked too Minni - interesting that the reporter asked if the car had gone back to the home at 11pm. Clearly that time frame is significant and the Police knew about CCTV footage of the car or a sighting, at around that time prior to her body being found.

I also think that if you look at the image of the white car it looks as though it is not at the home http://www.news.com.au/national/search-to-resume-for-missing-brookfield-woman-allison-baden-clay/story-e6frfkvr-1226337675767

I was of the impression from earlier posts that her car was found near the show grounds which is why the Police centred their search from that point.

THe police decided very early on that the home was a crime scene. One thing I haven't seen anywhere is a discussion about ABC's car keys. Despite there being a report of a missing person and the car not being at home, the keys to the missing car may have been in the home. The last driver of the...

Hi CC, as I understand it, C21 Westside used to be located there but moved to Taringa some time ago.

Two more interesting points about that roundabout 1. There are a number of offices there (including several real-estate offices including the old C21 offices) Is it possible that the Police want to know if someone appeared to be in one of those offices at such a late hour? Perhaps phone...

Good point about drugs - maybe some were found in the house during the Police search. Also GBC had a car crash prior to hiring the lawyer. At the time he was admitted to hospital, his urine would have been tested for drugs and alcohol and he may also have had to undergo psych testing to...

Could the departing partners have left C21 joining Oasis - perhaps loaning $300000 on the "understanding" they would recieve finance referrals from C21 .... perhaps the business opportunities did not eventuate. I am just stabbing in the dark really. Trying to consider who else but GBC might be...

The roundabout measure make it extremely interesting. Someone's version of events is clearly not adding up. Does anyone one know if GBC snr has been questioned by Police? If not then down to GBC/ Mistress and possible business associates. I am curious about who the partners who loaned...
