Surely LE would have checked the bed regardless of whether they had doubts about the mom's story. If not, LE obviously did not do their job. I agree with the other posters that all the bedding should have been taken by LE. This doesn't reflect well on them.
Well she does have experience using a stripper pole or maybe she could write a novel under an alias. She is an expert at fiction. No job. No school. No payment on her debt. What's changed?
I seem to remember NG's similar opinion of the Duke Lacross players. The public certainly doesn't agree with her in that case. Look who's in jail now. I take NG with several grains of salt. She's all about ratings and will never admit when she's wrong. Heck she won't even fess up to the "toot"...
I haven't been keeping up with the A's lately but just heard this on FXN.:great::great::great::floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:
I have not watched the hearing again but this is way I remember it. When Buford asked Patterson if SM's DNA was on the hacksaw, he hesitated a long time, seemed to get agitated or nervous to me, because he was flexing his fingers rapidly. Then he said "Not that I'm aware of". He also said he...
I believe that SM is guilty also. However LE sent 200 pieces of potential evidence. According to Patterson's testimony there is no forensic evidence linking SM to the hacksaw. Two and a half months seems like a long time not to get some type of forensic evidence back.
My understanding of the reasons for a commitment hearing is to determine if LE has enough evidence to hold the defendant and take the charges to trial. Since there's no chance of SM being released due to the murder charge there's no benefit to SM for a commitment hearing on the CP. As Smooth...
I agree that the story GM told was unbelievable, but more evidence than hack saw packaging is needed to convict. Just because GM told the media a story doesn't mean Buford will use that as a defense. If LE has other evidence that would make the package valuable evidence but without other...
Earlier there was discussion of SM's motive. Several posters theorized that SM was obsessed with LG and that the killing was love, hate, sex related. If that were the case I think we would have heard something from friends or neighbors concerning SM's actions around LG. Did he stalk her? Did...
The problem I see with that, is there is no DNA from SM on it. We know it was used on LG because her DNA is on it. Buford can say there are 1000's (or whatever the correct #is) of packing slips with that hacksaw lot # on it so there's really no definite way of linking SM to it that we know of...
Patterson said that the hacksaw package had a generic lot number matching the hacksaw. The way he said it, I assumed there are numerous hacksaws with the same number. I'd like to know how many. If there are thousands that could be problematic.
That used to be the case. Now ratings are gathered from cable and satellite companies. No need for those little Neilson boxes anymore. Here's a quote from Ehow.com
"Nielsen has also begun collecting information directly from certain cable providers, including Charter. The data is collected...
Holly Bobo was seen being led away from her house by a man. LE thinks he was a TN local. Lauren Spierer was out drinking with college friends in the early morning hours when she never returned home. I don't really think either one of those match LG's case. Missing Forum Discussion -...
The main difference in old blood is the color. I don't think old blood would be as opaque as paint especially latex paint. I paint with oil paint and it still looks thicker than blood. I could see someone thinking reddish brown stain was blood.
