My thoughts as well. I mentioned that on the last court day that if Southerlands testimony is thrown out, we still have DM’s DNA on the gun. And Not one print belonging to WM. I don’t think people committing suicide worry about prints. There’d be at least something somewhere on the gun from WM...
I think that was in a news article or a previous trial? I don’t recall anything said at this trial about DM buying the gun for a gift. But I do recall that mentioned before.
In his video statement he didn’t admit to any guns belonging to himself. Just that “his dad had guns but thinks he gave...
I hope this isn’t thrown out by the judge. It’s damning but we also have lack of WM’s finger prints on the gun. There would have to be his prints present somewhere on the gun. A man committed suicide wouldn’t be so cautious with leaving no prints and obviously a dead person can’t wipe the gun...
BBM
Lol, so does this mean MB knew DM was guilty when they did this transfer of properties? To minimize any stigma...she’s just as much of of liar as her son is! The transaction of transfer was done within days of his arrest!
Right, sorry I forgot about the hanger sale. But as for the assests being sold to mom for $1 to pay off loans, I’m not sure I believe that if it came from anyone associated with DM. That was just too shady.
I thought it was the hanger sales that were paying back debts? So much to remember in...
But technically he doesn’t have anything. He transferred/sold everything for $1 to his mother the first few days after his arrest. SS was selling off all the vehicles and seen one ad for a car but those all combined wouldn’t even put a dent in lawyers fees accumulated.
But then He had $1...

Not always. My husband had/has inflammation of the liver for NO known reason. No meds, no drugs and drinks occasionally through the summer. These tests were ran in the winter and he hadn’t had a beer in 5 months. He doesn’t have hepatitis.
That’s what I was thinking and the reason why the tests couldn’t get an exact match. I think RP’s argument on this was more valid then the argument of 2 grains in a bullet.

He was there to pick up a .22-calibre handgun, which was considered prohibited by the length of the barrel.

The firearm was to be destroyed, Finn said. "He no longer wanted them," he says, adding that Millard also had two handguns, and two...
Because DM did it himself!
Also if DM claimed that someone broke into the house and killed his dad, that would bring the heat on full force with a full homicide investigation. DM didn’t want that because he needed the LE to believe that dear daddy was a depressed alcoholic and committed suicide...
Anything is possible! I thjust no this was more to show the Judge that WM no longer had or wanted guns in his possession. Testimony of Finn also said WM was still licensed to have possession of the guns. It puts an axe in any strategy the Pillay and DM may have concocted.

WM was also exciting/relieved about getting his $125,000 deposit back as well. Also Indicating how tight money was.
I’m thinking DM’s “shared” account was the business account. WM was said to have 10 million but had to remortgage houses and properties 5/6 million into the new hanger. Kind of...
If I recall, we tried to find I found on MissTheresa and came up empty?
We also have to remember that not everyone is smart about guns and laws. Some people have had guns handed down the family lines without thinking anything of it. After all, they are “collectors items” in some cases and when...
Having cut and past issues now
Finn, civilian officer picked up the guns. Day 6 of the trial.
Was was called “Project Safe City” kind of a gun Amnesty program. He said.
So I’m going to say, DM just made a mistake if he said Registration program.
JC Even says it was through the gun Amnesty.

Campbell says Wayne Millard had two guns, and he asked Toronto police to pick them up during a gun amnesty in the past. She never saw him with a gun.

I’m pretty sure the cop testified that WM called in to have his guns removed through the Amnesty program. Could have been an error in knowing the difference between Amnesty and Registration with DM.
I still can’t help wondering if WM started seeing MH issues arising from DM. We’ve heard Uncle Burns talk of issues with DM, and some issues brought up to DM’s parents. Of course Burns couldn’t finish in court and we can only assume.
This happened with me. My sister pointed out that something...
