    Bosma Murder Trial 06.2.16 - Day 58 - Closing Arguments Day 3

Right - what I'm saying is I believe MS story which means I dont believe he knew the murder was going to take place, therefore MS "wasn't in it together" with DM, didn't encourage it nor helped the murder take place. He happened to pull up to the scene of the crime. He cleaned up as an accessory...

    Bosma Murder Trial 06.2.16 - Day 58 - Closing Arguments Day 3

Having heard all the evidence, I still don't think MS is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. It's difficult because I think about TB, his family and the pain they are going through and that makes me really want to make a decision that feels like justice is served. It won't bring him back, but...

Bosma Murder Trial - Weekend Discussion #16

This is great - HOWEVER, none of this proves guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. None of this is true, solid evidence. No DNA, no finger prints, no admission of guilt (to warrent 1st). You can't with a good conscious put someone away for life because a few texts about sausages, bbqs and fireworks...

    Bosma Murder Trial 05.20.16 - Day 53

Or the police were so set in their tunnel vision that he's the killer that they refused to work with him on a deal - which would also explain why people at trial reported seeing the crown passing otes to NS during questioning - they dont want to be proven wrong!

    Bosma Murder Trial 05.20.16 - Day 53

It looks like MS never spoke to police before getting on the stand so everyone is hearing his side of the story for the first time, including the crown. I'm curious to see how much, if at all, the crown's cross is affected by the new evidence (MS' testimony)

    Bosma Murder Trial 05.20.16 - Day 53

Great post. I totaly agree and seeing that this case went straight to trial with no prelim on the evidence on DM (again, little to no evidence on MS) gives me the feeling that MS' involvement the LB case is probably not so iron-clad. We know DM gave him an iPad, so I'm guessing it was her iPAD...

    Bosma Murder Trial 05.19.16 - Day 52

Yeah NS didn't do much to help his client - which is difficult in the first place cause all the evidence is on DM!

    Bosma Murder Trial 05.19.16 - Day 52

yup and that' brings us back to the beginning and why I believe him - zero true evidence (no blood, no finger prints, etc) for him, but mountains against DM. Including leeters that show he was going to make up a defense based on evidence and take MS down as part of his plan. Just can't believe...

    Bosma Murder Trial 05.19.16 - Day 52

Thanks CJPRINCESS - so it wouldn't be uncommon for other similar looking vehicles to drive by that area. All of my friends in rural canada have flashy big pick up trucks (and cant seem to park them in the city ahahaha)

It's rural canada, everyone drives a pickup truck out there

    Bosma Murder Trial 05.18.16 - Day 51

To me MS is limited by what he can answer and how because of the other charges and pending court cases. I could imagine this makes it difficult for MS on the stand - but where's his lawyer in stopping the NS? This is the third time in the past three days he's had to "do the justice's job" so to...

    Bosma Murder Trial 05.18.16 - Day 51

Totally agree - plus he was clearly an addict and is now clean "trying to do the right thing" by putting himself up on the stand and admitting to being part of this.

    Bosma Murder Trial 05.17.16 - Day 50

Yeah I can't say I'd be so composed if I was getting that circus treatment of a defense cross examination. I would have been frustrated and snapped by now. He's still surprisingly composed. He clearly understands the gravity of this situation. Side note - I can't help but wonder what it's like...

    Bosma Murder Trial 05.16.16 - Day 49

That's the thing - there's so much scientific evidence that shows in stressful situations, especially when under duress, the memory works in funny ways forgetting those stressful events as a coping mechanism. Mix that with marijuana's ability to short-circute memory creation and you have a...

Bosma Murder Trial - Weekend Discussion #12

I agree with this - DM starts his here's what we're going to say and we need to be aligned thinking in the letters AFTER he got disclosure and saw MM said MS Effed Up. DM also only then after getting disclosure started to pretend HE had the bum shoulder. Everything he and CN are up to are lies...

Bosma Murder Trial - Weekend Discussion #12

This theory could explain why the lawyer changed occurred and why they waited so long to go to trial.... but wouldn't the lawyer have been charged? And why wasn't DM charged for communicating with CN if she was on his do-not-contact? seems fishy.

    Bosma Murder Trial 04.07.16 - Day 32

Easier said than done apparently - looks like a lot of people knew about what happened with TB and no one seemed to say anything, not even this guy... well, not until take 5 with police and an expensive lawyer. <modsnip>

    Bosma Murder Trial 04.06.16 - Day 31

So MS "best friend" kept a distance and felt uncomfortable with his so-called best friend; and then DM friend SS so-called wasn't a friend even though they had matching tattoos, went on vactaions together and were planning on building homes next to eachother. What? Was this non-friend Daly paid off?

    Bosma Murder Trial 03.07.16 - Day 20

Correction - Neither of the accused was ID'd by SB just a "short guy" and a "taller guy". Igor Id'd MS for a previous test drive, no murder took place. We have more proof of DM's involvement (web records showing he searched for these car listings, phone records, finger prints on vehicle...
