Tricia's radio interview was very good and is a good stating point to become familiar with the case. http://www.blogtalkradio.com/websleuths/2017/03/08/websleuths-radio-3717-the-murders-of-abby-and-libby Also, just watched all of the videos posted above. The 1430 Connection radio interview...

Does the group think that it would be useful to contact or pester the newspapers and TV stations local to your area in order to get them to initiate some coverage of case. Possibly pester them to post the FBI press release. My thought is that many people do not get their news from the web or...

Wondering if possibly the suspect was stalking either one of the girls way before the crime was committed, possibly hours or days before. He may have seen one of them at a grocery store, shop, gas station, etc. and from there learned their routine or where one of them lives and was able to...

Agree also.......When I watched the press conference from 2/15 with the Sheriff and ISP captain, the sheriff was pressed on this question about the community at large not being in danger. He was hesitant in his replies, but I got the feeling that he knew much more than he was able to state at...

WISH TV said earlier they will be live streaming the presser. I suspect the other channels will too. Here are some to try: http://wishtv.com/live-stream/ http://fox59.com/on-air/live-streaming/ http://www.wthr.com/live-stream http://www.theindychannel.com/live-video Members here will likely...

Oh yes....I think this is very possible. Reason to wear so many layers of clothes was to shed them either before or after crimes committed. And any DNA that LE may have could have come from the clothes discarded or that were hidden and then found by LE. Again, MOO:moo:

Random thought on how LE is handling the investigation: They release two photos of suspect hoping that someone (friend, family, etc.) can identify him to LE. Nothing comes of that in the days since. Hence, they now need to release more info for the public in order to flush out the person or at...

And might be possible that LE has found the clothing that the person in the photos was wearing and were able to connect this clothing to the crime possibly thru DNA. This would explain how LE is able to call this person the main suspect in the case. Clothing found = clothing in photos = DNA found

This is my thinking right now also. LE has released two photos only. Possibly they have many more photos or video which indeed incriminates the person in the photos that have been released. They just cannot release anything more at this time.

Good points all......the three or so days leading up to 2/19 when LE stated person in photo was suspect could have the length of time that it takes to process DNA evidence......I am just speculating here and trying to be positive.

Agreed!......your post emphasizes my question from previous post asking if the police have any other evidence besides the photo we are all scrutinizing. Did the police find this photo and proclaim him the suspect or is there physical evidence that links the person in the photo to the crimes? I...

This is the main point of my post #623. LE gave the suspect a head start of several hours. Anywhere from 6 to 12 hours depending on which timeline is correct.

A crime should not be the only reason to call in for reinforcements (ie. The State Police, or any other agency with more and better resources) or K9 units. What about just for the safety of the girls. In my area, there have been several cases of missing persons where LE and volunteers have...

In order for LE in Indiana to name the person in the photo as a suspect, do you assume there is evidence that ties this person to the crime? Or is it that LE has a photo of a man in the vicinity of where the crime occurred and hence he is the suspect as opposed to a person of interest? I...

I will not fault the efforts of the searchers on the ground, but I will fault decisions made those in charge at the time: Why would the sheriff not call in the State Police before darkness fell. (or at least shortly after darkness fell) I am not familiar with how these small-town and...

It is not out of the realm of possibilities that John Mellencamp would help with generating public awareness of the case and bring the weight of his celebrity to bear down on the need for the public to come forward with any and all info relating to case. He is still very much attuned to...
