Found Deceased FL - Tammy Case, 56, house door found cracked open, Plant City, 10 Oct 2021

So many people have doorbell or security cameras now - have they asked neighbors to check the footage? How about dashcams that run all the time? Delivery drivers? School bus drivers in the neighborhood? I know it was a Sunday, but anything unusual earlier in the week? Our mail carrier...

Same thing I was wondering - does he work out of town or drive long haul?

Found Deceased IN - Abigail (Abby) Williams, 13, & Liberty (Libby) German, 14, The Delphi Murders 13 Feb 2017 #125

Re: a comment about sketches losing value over time - while this might be true, the way a person walks rarely changes (unless there’s been an injury or stroke, etc.). The video is still very useful if the right person has seen it. IMO LE should be playing this weekly at different times of day...

    GUILTY TN - C.T., 9, Rogersville, 4 May 2016 #2

". I believe they are close to home." I Have wondered if LE said they had sightings on MO & WV to make him think they were looking in other places do he'd let down his guard.

TN TN - Teresa 'Trenny' Lynn Gibson, 16, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, 8 Oct 1976

There was a story on local news wrcb in Chattanooga that Ohio authorities had a body they thought was from Tennessee. I thought of Trenny because of the similar features. I tried calling the # they listed but got no answer.

    Found Deceased CO - Joseph Keller, 18, Antonito, 23 July 2015 - #1

That's what I keep wondering about - what does he gain by lying? Is he hiding something? And the comment ""Sheriff Galvez asserted that he would have no direct communication with the Kellers in the future," the post reads." WHY??? It sounds like more than just "don't care about people from...

That was my thought based on OUR woods. It's also harder to go in a straight line when you have to go around holes or untangle yourself from thorn vines or cross little streams (with any rain a dry stream bed can fill up and get slick.)

    Found Deceased TN - Noah Chamberlin, 2, Pinson, 14 Jan 2016 - #2

This may sound like a silly question for SAR specialists (I've never been on a search) - When they cover an area, do they only walk in one direction, from the center out or across a grid from a starting point and then move on? Sometimes (especially in the hills) you can only see things from...

    Found Deceased TN - Noah Chamberlin, 2, Pinson, 14 Jan 2016 - #2

In regard to someone's earlier question about the number of sinkholes this just came up in my news feed from WMCTV: "Edwin Grant of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children was on hand during the press conference. The center recently posted a missing child poster on their...

    Found Deceased TN - Noah Chamberlin, 2, Pinson, 14 Jan 2016 - #2

Just got back and am reading backwards trying to catch up - sounds like nothing new. :-( On the comments earlier about animals - we deal with coyotes a lot in our end of the state and have a little insight. They are very secretive animals. They do not want to be seen or noticed. If one...

    Found Deceased TN - Noah Chamberlin, 2, Pinson, 14 Jan 2016 - #2

We have a golden retriever (bred for sight hunting, retrieving birds), but if we hide something he turns his nose on and finds it. If my son leaves the house w/o him and he goes out later he puts his nose on the ground and trails his steps exactly. He has no special training so I'd imagine...

    Found Deceased TN - Noah Chamberlin, 2, Pinson, 14 Jan 2016 - #2

Latest comments on our news in East Tn - "The frustrating side, the bewildering side, is that we've found nothing," said Deputy Sheriff Tom Mapes with the Madison County Sheriff's Department. "All this manpower, all the technical, infrared sightings, hundreds of volunteers going arm-to-arm...

Looking at the map of the area & putting myself in that place. We have acres of hilly woods in east TN & have taken our son out in the woods since he was little, but always hanging on to him when he was little, and here's why: Some of the old rotted out stumps are HUGE. I have gone up to my...

    Found Deceased TN - Noah Chamberlin, 2, Pinson, 14 Jan 2016 - #1

One local fellow involved in the search (because he has little ones) said they tried "paths of least resistance" because it is such difficult terrain and lots of thorn vines. He said he couldn't imagine his little one taking the more difficult trail.
