For your information, I have stated several times that the call time listed is the time the call ended. I have also stated that according to T-Mobile those listed times are the time the call ended. Whether it makes sense or not, that's the way they do it. As an aside, the police have listed 4:23...
The initial contact between the cab driver and AS was at 4:23...the voicemail call was from an earlier call, made from a different phone, and that is why we have been unable to pinpoint that call , though we try to return all calls within 3 minutes.
What matters is all the information we can get. Of course, the ME report is important, but so is every little piece of fact and information we can get about what happened that fateful night in June. Closing off records or info. is not a useful strategy in solving cases of mystery. The...
Exactly correct. Thre was an earlier call, but not from AS's phone. That's why the phone records are important. One of the other numbers on the phone log must be the number attached to the phone Adrienne used to initially contact us.--Cab Guy
The records are being discussed in an effort to better understand what happened that day...something that is as yet unclear to all as evidenced by the fact that nobody is in custody. It is my hope that there may be something in the records that we've missed, something one of you bright folk...
Upon inquiry directly with T-Mobile, the time listed is the time the cell phone ends contact with the cell tower (when the call ends). However it is easy to see when the call began simply by looking to the right column and subtracting the length of the call from the time listed.--Cab Guy
The only recording we had was the single voicemail left by AS when she first contacted the Cab company. As I stated way up stream, I erased that voice-mail on Sunday morning, pror to knowing AS was missing.
When I retrieved these records for LE the week AS disappeared, I spoke with T-Mobile about this very issue. T-Mobile advised that the times are Pacific Standard because they are located there...and that the times you see on the left are the times the call ended and contact was lost with the...
Tom the Cab Driver was wearing a Black SF Giaqnt hat with Orange brim, shorts and glasses. Tom is a big guy...no, the guy in the video was not Tom.--Cab Guy
More questions than answers on this one:
1.) What were these girls doing out at 2 or 3 am?
2.) How did those guys get so close to them...unless u knew them when they approached, wouldn't u just haul *advertiser censored*s out of there?
3.) If not a drug deal gone bad, then what?
--Cab Guy
My experience has been that LE releases video and other information for a couple of reasons: 1.) They need help with a particular part of the investigation; and, 2.) The investigation has stalled and they need to get more leads. That video may show something they don't want an intended...
I have long said that the O'Reilly video is key to this case. It has not been released for one reason and one reason...the cops know all they need to know about that video. It's not the girl that's important in that video, it's the car...and believe you me, if LE needed our help with that car...
Agree with you, but let's open up our minds right now. It seems to me that things have become very violent in just the past month or so in Tempe/Mesa, so we must explore the possible connections with each other. The more info., the more brains, the more discussion the better. It "feels" to me...
This is a major intersection in Tempe and it is filled with vagrants, junkies, homeless people, etc. I must drive by here 10 times a day, and there are always people "just hanging out". I am surprised that even at three or four in the morning, people are right outside the store. This is what...

I'm trying very hard to remain civil at all times, not wanting to cloud the facts or message. However, when attack language like "I'm calling BS on that one" is used, I get just a little disturbed. Everybody's memory is different...including mine and Tom's. I had a clear memory of...
No such laws governing cab companies. All my drivers take their cabs home with them, including Tom, who lives just 2 blocks from me--something I'm grateful for every day.--Cab Guy
People don't read or think a lot when searching for a service like a cab on their mobile phone. They see what they want, Cab to Scottsdale, and they click on it. Rarely do they read beyond the first three advertisements, and rarely do they see the url they are clicking. It's all about Get a...
The overnight guy is dispatcher, road supervisor and cab driver. So much going on that he doesn't always get to offer the kind of attention a solo dispatcher sitting in an office would. Tom would have been rolling down the 101 freeway, talking with other drivers and customers while fielding...
There are three revenue streams to our business, Scottsdale runs, airport runs and Tempe runs. Go to www.tempecabguy.com and you will see that we have a landing page for Tempe, and most always have cars in Tempe. On this night, we fell short, however. This is both to Tom's and my...
