FL - Mother shoots daughter, mistaking her for intruder

The more I think about it yes. It's plausible. We worked at a gas station together a few years back. She was always very cautious of people knowing who her step dad was. Because of his undercover work. If they didn't know who she was they didn't need too. They probably do get alot of...

no Im sorry that was an assumption. Me and my friend were looking at pics of gunshots. Trying to figure out how a cop could miss that detail. I assumed that was all gunshots. not just close range.

FL - Mother shoots daughter, mistaking her for intruder

Maybe it's me but when I am panicked I will tell you everything. I am not thinking straight I just need you to know everything. For example my daughter had a seizure years ago. After everything was calm and she was fine. Everyone was making fun of me I told them every little thing down to...

FL - Mother shoots daughter, mistaking her for intruder

A cop didn't wake up when he heard a gun shot. Didn't know it was a bullet hole. Her mother made it through a 5 min 911 call and didn't say anything about a gun shot til. Medical Personnel got there. How does all this happen. They are suppose to be trained professionals. I understand it's...

http://www.wesh.com/news/sheriffs-office-employee-accidentally-shoots-kills-daughter-police-say/37218126 Here it says the death is ruled a homicide. But that's normal right? Now the determine if it's accidental or intentional. Or in my opinion Neligent.

FL - Mother shoots daughter, mistaking her for intruder

this makes me crazy what about the black burn mark from the gun powder. He had to know it was a gun shot. And yes I can't imagine it didn't have blood. I really really really am trying to believe it's an accident. I don't want to think badly of her mom. Maybe it's just some really bad...

FL - Mother shoots daughter, mistaking her for intruder

Supposedly he was sleeping when the shooting happened. So I don't see him as a witness. He didn't know about it during the 911 call and til the police and ambulance got there. I took witness as someone who saw the shooting. I might also of understood it wrong.

FL - Mother shoots daughter, mistaking her for intruder

Also in a few of the articles I have read it says the physical evidence and witness statement match the Mother's story. But yet there has been no other mention of anyone else being there. The witness couldn't be the step father because he was asleep and didn't even know she was shot.

FL - Mother shoots daughter, mistaking her for intruder

I have thought about this. Either she was just gonna grab her dog and leave or she was trying to surprise her mom since she had been gone for a while visiting family. She was really really close to her mom. I can see her so excited that she ran in real quick. "
