I am about 10 minutes away from where the remains have been located. While it is a long way from Kenaston, she resided in Saskatoon. I am only assuming that her ex does as well.
My thoughts on the possibility that these remains could be hers are that he could have taken her (alive or deceased)...
My worry is the amount of dense forest, not to mention lakes, in this area. When I drive up there to the lake every few weekends, I wonder every time about how many missing people could be laying in the area. I really hope that this is not the case for her.

I am very familiar with this area. Our family cabin is a bit north of Holbein. There is some dense brush and forest in the area. The main highway between Shellbrook and Holbein has frequent traffic during the summer as a lot of lakes are in this area.

I am wondering the same thing. I've went for many long walks at night by the river and it is pretty harmless. Now towards 20th is a whole different story. Even towards 33rd is getting pretty bad.

First post here! I have been reading this entire thread. I just found an article stating they are now treating this case as a homicide. So Sad :(
