There is a local rumor (I am a member of the local gay community) that an individual who owns one or more gay bars in Pittsburgh and is viewed as a community leader...has not been cooperating with the police regarding DK and his associate being in his establishments during the night in question...

Why has only a still shot of Dakota been posted? Is there a live video because that would help judge how intoxicated he seemed (similar to PK video)...I did read in a local news article at one point (but so much has been misreported) that time stamps showed that text sent during the video was...

That DM article states that the police have not released video footage of the BM POI - but why? Wouldn't they want his face plastered all over Charlottesville? Also, this particular article says that she sent the text with her location AFTER she was seen with the BM POI. She might've said...

Couldn't help but notice the Hessian Hills location is just down the highway from the John Paul Jones Arena where MH went missing in 2009. :(

I think you may be right. I know she was reported missing in jeans and Uggs, but with the confusion about her coming back to PA for clothing - who knows what to expect.

My heart dropped as I read this today and I knew I had to bump this for Alivia. While I hope that AK is still alive, I also want closure for her family. Couldn't help but notice the witness who found the body said it was wearing shorts, anxiously awaiting to see what the coronor says...
