Australia Australia - Marion Barter, 51, missing after trip to UK, Jun 1997 #3

Has anyone seen the latest video posted on the Lost Boy of TSS FB page? He feels the podcast has omitted important information and that Sally needs to "come clean" about the "toxic" relationship Marion had with her children.

Australia Australia - Tegan Lane, 2 days old, Sydney, 14 Sept 1996 *K. Lane guilty*

I have worked in the hospital setting for 10 years and I'm pretty sure the progress note they showed had the time of documentation as 1400 (in the left margin). Nurses usually do all their documentation at once (ie for all the patients under their care). Therefore it is completely plausible that...

Australia - Warriena Wright, 26, dies in balcony fall, Surfers Paradise, Aug 2014 #5

Also the number of times he talks about balconies and death.. I haven't counted, but it seemed to be frequent. This certainly provides further indication of what Gable was thinking about and perhaps planning. And as for the defence argument of Gable having the right to lock Warriena on the...

GUILTY Australia - Samantha Kelly, 39, Bendigo, Vic, 23 Jan 2016 *arrests*

Oh apologies and thank you for pointing this out Curious One! I must have misheard the report. I can't seem to edit my post at the moment but will amend when I can get it working. Sent from my HTC_PN071 using Tapatalk

GUILTY Australia - Samantha Kelly, 39, Bendigo, Vic, 23 Jan 2016 *arrests*

Channel 9 just reported that she was living with the parents of the children's father. I can't believe she wasn't reported missing by them. Very suspect in my opinion. Were they covering for someone by not reporting her missing? Sent from my HTC_PN071 using Tapatalk

AUS - Khandalyce Kiara Pearce (Wynarka) and mum Karlie Pearce-Stevenson (Belanglo) #4

You're right. Hard to say without knowing specifics. I've worked in rehab units and back then I'd say she could have easily still been an inpatient three months post spinal injury. Length of stays are getting shorter and shorter in more recent times. Sent from my HTC_PN071 using Tapatalk

Being in an accident that serious would also leave you with a high likelihood of some degree of acquired brain injury. Doesn't excuse what he/she potentially did. But could be a factor. Sent from my HTC_PN071 using Tapatalk

Australia - Warriena Wright, 26, dies in balcony fall, Surfers Paradise, Aug 2014 #5

Mmm you make very good points Fairydust. It is just so frustrating that if he had taken a different path at multiple times points Warriena could still be alive: I.e. Not offering her more alcohol when she was already drunk; Letting her go home when she wanted to (he seemed to distract her)...

Australia - Warriena Wright, 26, dies in balcony fall, Surfers Paradise, Aug 2014 #5

Fairydust it's a shame you wish to avoid further elaboration on your opinions. "Manslaughter is the unlawful killing of a person without intent to kill, usually as a result of a careless, reckless, or negligent act." In relation to fairydust saying it is a "flimsy" case.. I suspect that the...

AUS - Khandalyce Kiara Pearce (Wynarka) and mum Karlie Pearce-Stevenson (Belanglo) #2

According to this article, the inmate the police have questioned is a convicted pedophile and they have also spoken to other people with "actual knowledge" of what happened to Karlie and Khandalyce. Hopefully they will be charging someone/people soon...

GUILTY Australia - Tyrell Cobb, 4, beaten to death, Gold Coast, 24 May 2009

"Police investigating the death of a four-year-old boy on the Gold Coast in 2009 want to hear from neighbours at the time. Tyrell Cobb was found unconscious at a Biggera Waters residence in May of that year and later died in hospital. A murder charge against a 26-year-old man was withdrawn...

You might be right Kyja... I haven't been able to find that Dora shirt .. it looks like an imitation as it's missing the arrow with "the" and she's not in the typical pink shirt orange pants purple backpack combo. Sent from my HTC_PN071 using Tapatalk

I think this is a luggage label not a ruler. Lanza is a luggage brand which may be exclusive to Strand Bags. Sent from my HTC_PN071 using Tapatalk

Oh and I have grown up here on the GC and I'm 28, so I can't really compare it with other cities... Most of my friends that are coupled up or married met in high school, uni, at work or through friends.. not online or out at a club. I have a friend who recently became single and we have been...

Alioop, this made me laugh out loud!![emoji12] He deserves to be in jail for that high speed DUI .. he easily could have killed multiple people. And he will have more jail time when it comes to the murder trial. No doubt about it that he was responsible for Rrie's death regardless of intent...
