Did y’all see the very stoic bailiff nodding to Meador’s rebuttal whenever law enforcement was mentioned? And especially when he said “Thank you!” to LE? It was kind of a picture of their vindication.

Oh, good point. I guess it gets stashed somewhere? What’s the point in taking it then? I’m glad I don’t have a reason to know about how all these things work for prisoners.

What the heck do they think there is more to? It seems so clear. Or, can they just not stand to be wrong?

Anyone else think it is strange that he is not allowed pens, but he can carry out a big 3 ring binder every day? Is that some special kind? Because 3 ring binders are already weapons of themselves- many innocent fingers can attest.

Will he be transferred to general population in prison now?

These objections are getting ridiculous! “He only said David. Not David Williams.” But loving Crosby’s responses to DH. He will not be intimidated by the bully. It’s hard to watch DH’s obnoxiousness’s, but it is probably making the jury hate the defense even more.

Shouldn’t they have asked for this field trip before now? all the defense complaining about taking too long, now they spring this. Logistics for getting everyone there takes a while!
