I vote DP because I think she'll see LWOP as a win. She may be miserable with LWOP but I see her way more miserable sitting on death row for the next 10 - 20 years wondering when her day will come. She's a control freak and getting the DP takes the control out of her hands for her own life.

The reality is that there ARE protesters and the media in their front yard. It's no excuse!!!! They will use it as an excuse of why they can't focus on what they need to do but it's not okay to excuse them for THEIR actions. Their GRAND DAUGHTER is "missing"! Whether she's dead OR alive...

I have family in the Livingston Parish and Mid Louisiana areas and they're saying that I 49 is already a parking lot trying to get out. Both sides of the interstate are open for people to evacuate and it's bumper to bumper... If you need to get out, go as soon as you can (NOW!!)!

Poor guy doesn't know what to do at this point! I'm sure that he's wishing he would have never gotten involved in this mess! I sure wish he would have stuck to the decision that he made yesterday about sending her back though...
