IMO - It’s really the only way I can see them charging him with murder in the first place. With no body, I can’t think of any other way you could be confident enough unless there is cctv of what happened?

IMO - You’ve got me thinking with this idea of him perhaps missing the meet up & it makes me wonder if it were true, would the meet up person have come forward to the police anonymously to admit they were the person he was supposed to be meeting up with? There would be no reason not to, surely?

IMO - It would seem strangely inappropriate for police to be congratulating each other over finding a completely unrelated mobile phone whilst searching for Samantha Murphy.

IMO - There must have been specific intel to have pinpointed & located her mobile phone. (Fingers crossed it’s Samantha’s) To have found such a small object in a random dam seems like a very low possibility to me personally.

IMO - Looks like some kind of ID card sticking out the top of what looks like a mobile phone holder/cover, I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

MOO - I think the belief that CH was possibly barefoot leads me to think that perhaps he may have hooked up with this person before? Maybe he was picked up, knew it wouldn’t be for long & that he’d be back within a short timeframe. It’s just baffling.

IMO - For me personally, by refusing to collect his wife’s murdered remains, it’s a sign of guilt, he doesn’t want her, he got rid of her in the first place! Her family deserve to have them. He appears completely unaware of how a grieving, loving & innocent husband would/should react.
