    I find the idea of CG getting into a car with a stranger (i.e. not a taxi) a bit odd, since by all accounts she was tough and sensible.     From Debi Marshall's book, Operation Bounty started in August 2000 and lasted at least two years, so Highgate Guy would have been spotted between 2000-2002. I agree with you re: Lisa Brown.
