I guess it's not clear to me whether or not she was initially interviewed at the scene. I know it was eventually turned over to the Rangers, but who processed the scene? Didn't DPD take some kind of statement from her in the beginning? Before the decision was made to have the Rangers handle it...
I would really like to know how long between the end of her shift and her arriving at the apartment building. I wonder if we will get any kind of timeline. Also, was her blood drawn immediately after or not? And why isn't she still in custody?
The lapse in time between the initial contact from cps and the doctor visits and cps home visits also allowed them to feed the kids and have them appear healthier. I'm surprised they let them delay the home visits for such a long period. Maybe that's not unusual?
