I was eight years old living in a Twin Cities suburb with a law enforcement father when the abduction occurred. It forever changed how us children lived and he was forever in our minds after that. I still vividly remember the elementary school assembly with the local police we had right after it...
I understand the sentiment but in this case I think he acted totally solo. From what I've read all this likely occurred because an acquaintance of his mother's molested him "by the river" when he was just an adolescent and people knew and made fun of him because of this. Also a lot of parents...
I highly doubt it. Neither you or I would just look the other way.
1. He had absolutely no reason to lie with his immunity deal. In fact that would jeopardize it.
2. The last thing any criminal wants to do is needlessly expose their crimes to anyone not necassary to their ability to commit...
I haven't read the entire thread yet but I've seen a lot of "why would he fire a gun twice if he was so spooked by the police driving by" type posts. I think these people are missing what exactly he was spooked about. I didn't take it as he was too spooked to make noises minutes after the police...
I don't think they "can't" clear him. Clearing him is just not the current priority. Worry about gathering evidence on DJH first and tying all the loose ends later.
Because correcting any possible previous errors is probably number 774,482 on their 'things to do' list. Right now they seem to rightfully be focusing all of their attention on DJH.
I think when all is said and done DR will be rightfully cleared. The fact of the matter is the ONLY thing...
It appears to be reddish like automatic transmission fluid. If that is indeed the case I guess it would be pretty safe to assume that the car is indeed an automatic.
I grew up in a LE family in the 80's and we always had a bunch of hand held police scanner/radios around the house. I'd assume that's what it was as opposed to a single frequency two-way 'walkie talkie'.
As far as the voices I'd guess it was the dispatcher and an officer (likely the only in...
He'd have no ground to stand on in such a hearing because he's dead to rights on the child *advertiser censored* charges. Other than claiming the child *advertiser censored* was planted he'd have nothing to dispute being held. Maybe his lawyer told him as much? We'll find out much more in further proceedings.
Also he probably...
Highly unlikely unless you're referring to the online message board he was trading files on. In that case the feds are lucky he printed directly from his browser so the pic's messages and URLs were printed on the page as well. Hopefully that leads to some hereto unknown predators being...
Where any of them a felony? The burglary maybe? Barring a felony you could still be honorably discharged then. I don't think DUI was even a gross misdemeanor at that point and still isn't a felony today.
As far as the guard service goes I believe the initial commitment is for four years. After...
As someone who is a fan of and has owned multiple g-body GM vehicles I can say that those tire prints weren't made by any tire anyone would ever put on a Pontiac Grand Prix. That being my belief I think the idea that Kevin's girlfriend's car made those tracks is incorrect.
I also don't believe...
I agree completely. Strap him to a gurney in his cell if need be. This case as much as any ever needs to be resolved. It forever changed how children grow up in suburban and rual America and the people close to JW absolutely deserve a definitive answer.
Correct. My understanding is beyond the partial shoe/tire matches back then they never had enough to move any further against DJH on the JW case. By positively connecting him to Jared's abduction via DNA recently, an abduction that was extremely similar in circumstance to JW's they now had...
Just my opinion but I've always felt this whole DR thing has just been one giant red herring. I don't believe he has anything whatsoever to do with it.
The last thing DR or anybody would do if looking to himself or be involved with someone else abducting a kid is do it on your own property all...
