Per my opinion based on what I have read and sleuthed, it's of my opinion there may not be enough resources to work Katelin and Heather Ciconnes cases, it seems as though one case is being worked more aggressively and the other case has been put on the backburner, it's just easier to go along...

I hope something "breaks" in this case. I can't understand, for the life of me, why more hasn't been done. It doesn't settle well with me for people to just sit back and wait. MOO
