Do you feel the law enforcement processed the scene adequately? I was surprised the blood on boxers and pjs was not tested. It proved they were standing over the poor man during the attack and of course it had to be Js blood as they had no injuries but I thought it was lax that this issue wasn't...
Yes but in relation to her continuous breaches in prison, there was to be a review of her sentence. The internal hearing by prison authorities was 1st August I believe.?
We all knew she was not a victim of domestic abuse but if any doubt remained, her continual breeches of prison rules verify it. This woman is not a victim. Even in prison she cannot follow the rules set. This is what happens after a lifetime of enablement. She thinks she is better than all the...
HAving been through the au pair experience myself, I believe the fact that she spoke English (unusual as most are foreign students trying to improve their English) was also a distinct advantage..
100% agree. This has always bugged me and in my innocence I expected that call to have been enhanced digitally for the trial. I commented on that during 911 operators testimony all the while expecting it to come up. Never could understand how that got glossed over...
Excellent posts today from stmarysmeade and from frizby. And yes I have always believed MM believed her own lies, from day 1. This belief has been strengthened by those who enabled her before and after the murder.

Exactly. Most of this is grasping at straws. I'm a bit worried about Perez comment re personalities but didn't some of the jury meet the corbett family at the hotel that night or next. The bi polar diagnosis prob came out then during those conversations. They prob just reinforced some jurors...
It's so maddening the way this defense team play with words and make statements like that which are blatantly untrue or Inaccurate at best. It's like they think if they say it often enough People will believe them.
How did they know the foreman had a meeting on Aug 8th in the car for 15 mins? Was he being followed? Hadn't deliberations begun at that stage so was he not entitled to discuss with another juror or is that not permitted outside jury room? I too felt it was a bad idea for the interviews...
"contradicts the courts finding that molly corbett was not the aggressor"... (excerpt from above article. )I don't recall the court making a finding of that nature?? Or did I miss it?
Didn't the spatter expert indicate it was probable that blows took place on or near the bed? Surely it was...
