I have leaned towards MS being the shooter. DM always handed off 'dirty work' to everyone else. Cooking, cleaning toilets, painting, mechanics. Especially if they needed money from him.Seems reasonable he would give instructions on how the whole plan was to go down. DM thinks MS did something...
Not excluding him in the grand scheme, just in a particular context - MS and DM had that brotherly love-thing going on. It's the only texts/communication I have seen a hint of something human. Outside of that small snip in time, they were equal opportunity users and abusers.
Yes. It is normal.
Some 'abuse' happens anytime the abuser feels like abusing.
Some abuse happens when 'the little woman' steps out of line. Treated like a child or a dog, who needs a reprimand.
MANY abuse situations happen as power-leverage and control during arguments and fights.
And what I...
I am being as fair as anyone, Inspector_North. We are all pulling at the spider-web. The best way to sleuth with objectivity, is to step outside the box.
You forget, Sachek used the term: 'Horrific'. Not Meneses. Meneses has to decide in the moment to agree or disagree.
So every question, for...
It is the norm.
We had a male witness testify that Mark had some anger/temper issues. (Paraphrase) 'Mark makes me nervous' . BD said 'Mark got angry, and he felt intimidated by MS'.
BD didn`t tell the 'whole truth' because he didnt want to be a snitch. Then was questioned by Pillay in an easy...
Playing catch-up with today`s events, and reading of the $3000 cash had me thinking about all those bank cards we saw in evidence pics.
I am betting he had them all on him, to pull the cash out in separate, small amounts. Trying to cover his tracks.
As for the money in the bank envelope being...
It is my feeling/opinion forming, that he probably held onto these items in order to have others take the wrap, if he was ever caught. It is easy to get sloppy, if you have done this twice before, and barely a question was asked. So some of the sloppy handling is ego driven, imo.
For the gloves...
BLOOD stains from THREE individuals ? Did he hold onto the same gloves for all three murders, pontentially ? (Hence why he still had them, for the future 'must do' murder ? ) Or am I reading this incorrectly ?
"How does a lawyer discredit a witness' credibility to the opinion of business transactions, and then go on to ask her opinion of whats normal for a business ? ' ---That`s what I would be asking myself, if I were a juror.
Do we know why DM was carded ? ( that led to a recorded note of his ambition tattoo) I don't think it would be a far-fetched guess that he might of been pulled over by LE at some point, and with the Sony marine system and dash lights, they might of been suspicious about the use for them.
Correct about the humerus. Since I was paying half attention, I guess I am not wording my questions correctly. What you stated about the bones being in a more difficult location, ...that is what I was gearing towards. If they found the humerus intact, then there is possibly some other bones...
I found most of the witnesses today, giving some of the most useful testimony yet. All those little dots are being connected. The timeline being developed seems really solid.
On another note, ...the bones. Does anyone know if it was stated, (where in tweets, if so.) that it is simply the location...
My problem is, that I am trying to use logic where DM is concerned. :) What would of changed in availability between 2011 and 2013 for fuel availability in Mexico ? Probably worse, not better.
For the life of me, I have no idea how Millard came to this conclusion. Once you are up to a 1 ton dually, its hard to find it as a gas-er. Not the other way around. Like many Millard-isms, this makes no sense.
