I've been out of touch with this case since testimony wound up. When is the decision expected?

Do we know anything about the witnesses to be called today? I'm quite underwhelmed at the Crown's case so far, but remember feeling this same way during the Bosma and Babcock trials as well. Holding out hope that there is more evidence to tie it all together.

That was my imression, Velma. I am curious to see how far the bag is from the bed. And the arm position. Then again, I would never be able to look at those photos! Someone else can describe it for me :)

And wasn't he killed with a bullet wound to the eye? I'm surprised the paramedic didn't note that - nevermind the blood dripping from his mouth, this clearly wasn't cardiac arrest. I'm a little confused at the testimony.

And possibly TPS explained they were suspecting foul play in his death - that's how I interpret her reaction. She's reeling from the news that it may not be suicide and trying to protect the family in a way, and explain it away... IMO of course.

In her testimony she says he responded to her email only. That's what I gather from it too - phone records would have proven he was on the phone with her until the wee hours...
