Thank you for sharing Sphinx, glad you and your family survived. The theory you put out, as always been my take how things went down as well. Guess we will never know the truth. But I have comfort in the thought TB fought for survival. Jmo

Verdict: GUILTY for both Millard and Smich of 1st degree murder #2

You are right andreww which begs the question, was the plan to confine TB until they got to the farm, but something went horribly wrong, and the plan changed. Which I might add so glad it changed, the alternative leaves my mind reeling, and my stomach sick.

Verdict: GUILTY for both Millard and Smich of 1st degree murder #2

Hello and welcome! It was speculated that it was moved to the hanger because there was no running water at the farm. They cleaned the truck while they lit the incinerator. And yes that monster did need hydro for the fans to run. Though there was a generator that was discussed between DM and SS.

Verdict: GUILTY for both Millard and Smich of 1st degree murder #2

I think the problem some sluethers having with MS, is because he was cleaning up his act, he was getting an education. We wanted to believe there could only be one DM out there. We developed a bit of pity, for a young guy who got caught up in DM s world. We want to believe there is good in him...

Been using them already. Happy for the jury to have made this decision, it would have been difficult to hear the late details that came out after they gathered. And questioned if they made the right decision.

Verdict: GUILTY for both Millard and Smich of 1st degree murder

Ok. Ok. Another thought. I remember one of the forensic person mentioning that the eliminator had been used more than once and it got shut down quickly. And speculation as who? LB went missing June/July of 2012. SS if to believed tested it in August of 2012. When was the boat load of blood found? .?
