Very odd to ask her to come home. Typically family pleads to whoever has their loved one to please let her go. When they plea to the missing loved one they will often say we will find you hang on. They don’t appeal to them to come home because they assume they can’t by their own free will. I...
Also, you would think had she run away, she would have brought something other than her phone, (phone charger maybe)? which has long been off, with her. The family reported a missing red shirt which turned out not to be missing. As a result, I believe the family would have mentioned items...
This was what I have believed to have happened, an online meetup that turned badly, either someone she was talking to online she met up with, (unlikely to me at that time of night and on a work night) or that they showed up/stalked her while she was on her way to pick up her car.
Today I felt...
I think you are referring to Jennifer Huston. Her and Leanne came to mind for me as well today. A lot seemed off in the families responses in Leanne’s case, and we realized afterwards, why that was. I never thought suicide until today, I have believed it was an abduction. I’m now hoping for an...
You just gave me hope that it’s not suicide, with the reminder that she had no access to a car. I’m still concerned and leaning towards this after the news conference, but I am back to open minded again.

Initial reports were always that she went missing wed night. Ames Iowa news also said she went missing Wed. Night after 10pm. They deleted that post but many of us have the ss.
As the days went on they decided it was best to be vague instead of being clear about the timeline.
It is common for family to be supportive and to praise police even without a case having made progress, because they feel that LE is their only hope. They also are seeing up close the investment LE has with this case and how hard they are trying, so they have enourmous gratitude. On the flip...
I thought he said, “so that’s a no”? And I believe the facial expression made when that was said was due to the fact that he knows it’s true, (but doesn’t want the public to know it’s true)
That they have no evidence, theories, they have nothing. Whether that’s true or not I don’t know, I am...
I’m going with B. I noticed the hesitation too when asked if the public is at risk, he deflected from mollies case at that point and seemed to give some sort of general safety precaution tips that everyone should follow in their daily lives.
I feel like they don’t know. If they truly had indication that she was missing by choice, then they would back out and let her live her life as she sees fit, being she is an adult. I find the wording very strange to say they don’t know why she is missing. So weird
I think the dogs were put away prior to her heading out to get the car from her moms. If it’s a 20 min walk there she may have thought that was enough time for them to be unsupervised and best to put them in the basement as it’s been stated they were kept there when no one was home. To go to her...
My heart breaks for this father. It is true. He did say “please come home. It will be okay. ‘
Maybe he is holding out hope that she left voluntarilybecause that would mean she’s alive.
I don’t know what to make of this case. I do believe the mom has given indication of believing molly ran...
He didn’t drive her home from work wed the 18th. He drove her from his house. She went home (moms house) after work because he needed the car, he then drove her to bf’s and he took off with car for what he needed it for. He assumed she would get it later that night or call him for it but she didn’t
He asked if she needed a ride that morning, because she hadn’t picked up the car the night before. He wasn’t asking about after work. He couldn’t understand how she was getting to work without the car.
Mods said I can’t post ss or links about it.
She drove herself to work, and her brother used the car when she wasn’t at work. It is only because he saw the car was there in the morning that he texted her and asked if she needed a ride, but he meant a ride as in instead of walking to the house to pick up the car, he did not mean to drive...
For me, someone who has two rescue dogs myself, (one small, one large,) the dogs being a part of the household eliminates the possibility that someone would be watching the house, hiding by the house, sneaking into the house, etc. the risk is too high to sneak into a home with dogs.
