In earlier news media interviews, the neighbor stated that he "heard the bed shake several times" In the recent affidavit, it is described by officer as "he said he heard unique sounds coming from Robert's bed" In off record conversation, neighbor said it was not their usual bed sounds.

In conversation, he has said that it was the bed shaking and not their usual bedroom noises. I'm guessing that was also part of his testimony - but left out of information provided to media/public.

I'm sure that the initial warrant in October was an overlooked error in note taking. CE's friend probably told LE that CE came over at 1 a.m. Wednesday night, acting weird, etc....even though it was technically 1 a.m. Thursday morning.

In previous interviews/stories, they mentioned Zuzu was one of three children. In one news video, there was a family photo with all three children. They previously spoke of Zuzu having an older sister. While it isn't related to the case, I'm naturally curious about the secrecy around her...
