I totally agree with this. I don't think it was familiar DNA that got him. I'm still adamant he was already a person of interest from 1988 and when they got the DNA match from the Kimono to KK and CG the just did some real police work and sourced him out this way. They had already worked out...
Yes incredible work and shows you how much we don't know. The article says the car was seized the same day as BE's arrest...they were really zooming in on this suspect. Well done and luckily DoT still had ownership records to trace and the car hadn't been scrapped. I reckon he's gone as in BE!
Please read the post I was responding to. Brevette wrote I'm positive he'd be watched around the clock....I was just confirming it from the mouth of a prison officer. I was not saying yay or nay to whether it is anything out of the ordinary. I'm pretty sure it would be standard practise these...
My neighbour is a prison officer and BE is monitored 24 hours a day and on suicide watch. This is why I am not convinced the DNA match was done prior to his arrest. The slightest chance if anything got back to him that a relative had given a sample or test to the Police is just too risky to me...
I was referring to being a suspect in the 1988 case. He wasn't with EE then and they had already separated when they connected DNA evidence from this to 1995 and CG so wouldn't be speaking to EE about this.
I'm sure people would have noticed a work van around the vicinity of this time and I don't recall that ever being brought up so I think highly unlikely he was doing it this way.
Do you have any ideas how they would do this and not to make it suspicious? You are not obliged to give a DNA sample without court order (I think) or they must request it from you.
Haven't ruled it out but just not convinced. Too risky getting familial DNA from family member where it could get back to him. I know if anyone in my family gave a sample of anything to Police I would eventually hear about it through normal family discussions. They would not risk it as not to...
No, I don't think he was known to WAPOL until they matched 1988 DNA with CG & KK. I'm sure BE was on a list of people of interest from 1988 and just did a more thorough investigation of all these people and ended up with BE after checking where he worked, cars he drove (Telstra issued VS...
I don't think they got DNA from a relative like this as it would certainly get back to him and spook him and I don't think the WAPOL would want that....I'm sure he was already a suspect from 1988 and they just made the connection this way...work, vehicles owned, where he was living and with whom...
I honestly think he has only come on the radar due to the Police looking back at old cases and in particular the 1988 attempted rape and making the connection there. His wife CG now separated still has a picture of him on Facebook so seems odd to do that and then report him and I'm pretty sure...
I think mum's and their sons can have a different relationship to husband and wife hence the term mummy's boy. It is not uncommon for mums to be overly protective of their sons even when they are married off so doesn't surprise me they can be indenial about their sons behaviour. In this case we...
Nah, not the same guy. The man sticking his head through the door has his hair cut around his ears whilst MM looks like his hair is covering his ears a bit more like BE Gosnells HS picture that has been floating around. I did read on here once that all the people on the CCTV footage had been...
