This is what has me confused. Why the need to get off early? Always fun to get together with a friend on a Friday, but unless we were going to a concert, or I only had a small window of time to see the friend, or a movie at a set time, would I consider leaving work early let alone asking to do...

JMO If I was going to meet a friend and I never showed, I would hope she would be on the lookout for me. I instantly worry when someone doesn't show up. Especially when I had just been texting with said friend earlier in the day about our plans. And then if their phone was off I would get in my...
