Found Deceased UK - Gaynor Lord was last seen in Norwich city centre on London Street heading towards Norwich Cathedral, 2:35 pm, 8 December 2023

I've heard of this reaction too, bloody awful, bless them. I think they may have come out and said she hasn't got her medication or along those lines already though if that was the case. I'm thinking if the family and police know she has an illness but aren't releasing it, it's usually a taboo...

Ahh yes! That is her, bless her. I have just refreshed my memory by reading online. She was badly let down by the system. I'm thinking it could be mental health related if the police are saying they do not suspect any 3rd party involvement. Much like the Nicola Bulley case they obviously knew...

Sadly I think this could be along the lines of a medical emergency. I fear a condition could have made her remove her clothing etc. I remember a young girl that went missing several years ago. They found her clothes etc in a field and then found her body days later. Unfortunately I cannot...

The same guy that basically cornered that witness and named them both Live on sky on Friday. I hope there's some repercussions for his actions, some journalists have zero morals.

Don't the police usually say along the lines of " a body has been found, presumed to be of _______, subject to formal identification"

I agree, she must have drifted. I recall in an earlier press conference it was said that they had experienced officers searching next to the river and the banks daily. Surely they would have found her after multiple searches, unless they weren't going that far with the external searches?

I am aware of those facts. They were literally sauntering, walking very slowly whilst stopping and chatting too.

They're not claiming it as new news as such but the fact they can pinpoint the time very well due to a phone call etc is good to know IMO

I'm sorry to keep posting about the live news but I also find this relevant. The reporter speaking right now talking about the banks has just said a camera man has almost slipped in and then he said "most of us have almost slipped"

They are reporting that she must have been walking really slowly or stopping a lot after walking the scene and keeping to the timings they have from witnesses. They were walking very slowly and still had time left reaching each point. Source - Live Sky news.

It was round about 9:25 live They have also just said that Ron wasn't concerned at first because he initially thought they may have gone off to go to the toilet in the bushes or something.

I do think it was unfair how they kind of blocked the path so he would talk to them. Also naming the first witness and not only showing the gentleman's face they have now named him which I think is irresponsible.

If that was the case, they wouldn't have come to the current working hypothesis of no 3rd party involvement surely?

I understand a lot about mental illness. I also have training within my workplace to support our employees. My comment surrounding her partners comments regarding never leaving Willow alone like that stuck with me because if he was aware of vulnerabilities surrounding mental illness he wouldn't...

In my opinion information of an illness such as this would be made public as the urgency to find her fast would be huge. I also don't feel that, that information would need to be kept quiet to protect her and her loved ones.
