50 Christmases is a long time. I wish it was some kind of golden jubilee but it's not. Maybe the future will hold some answers for the families of Julie, Renee and Rachel.

So can you share what this information is? A link or something please?

This other thread says possible match but then I don't really see any explanation for it. Does anyone know anything about it? https://www.websleuths.com/forums/threads/tamara-dawn-porrin-15-missing-since-22-nov-1986-from-dubois-pa.115833/#post5642865

I don't think DA was at Minot that night, so he would have to know of the events of that day or DA had already planned to be at the place he went to. Of course we have to remember who the source of this story is but I don't believe it's totally made up. I believe something happened but it's hard...

I was just trying to theorize what everyone's plans were for that night. If the party was at the friends and neighbors of the A family and Rachel's good friend, Renee, was going to be there then I'm wondering if Rachel had plans to be there too. TT was scheduled to bowl that night but was Rachel...

Chief Noakes makes some promises in this article just a few weeks ago. Now I see just four days ago, Dec 9, he announced his retirement. I don't know if any of them really care or not. https://police.fortworthtexas.gov/

With the advances in such things as trace and mitochondrial dna it's possible that evidence from the letter or envelope could still be used.

We can only hope that FWPD is using genetic genealogy in this case. Here's a recent article from November 26. https://www.nbcdfw.com/investigations/justice-shelved/fort-worth-cold-case-families-forgotten-cases-juggled/3706110/

I've heard the party that Renee had made plans for was the one at the A's neighbor and the same neighbor was the one with RW that night but I can't remember if it was from this source or multiple sources. I can't remember if this has been confirmed or how accurate it is. Maybe someone else here...

I don't know I think they probably intended for it to sink but they miscalculated. Water would only run in depending on how the holes are drilled. The air still has to have a way to escape.

As long as their's some air inside it will float, and bodies often times float, it would just add to the overall buoyancy.

It's an even better possibility if the husband didn't report her missing.

Possibly sounds more like it after over a week in the water.

You must have just clipped this because I just spent about an hour looking for one and couldn't find it. I wonder if the missing person is still missing.

I can't clip it or even see all of it because I let my subscription run out but there's an article in The Bridgeport Post, Oct 14, 1973 page 5 if some one else wants to post it.

Was the 10k enough or do you think TT gave them more? I just listened to the Die-alogue podcasts again, thought I'd post a link for anyone that hasn't. Have any of your feelings changed about this case since then? I hope one poster has not run you off forever...

Father says DNA could solve one of country’s biggest murder mysteries: Who killed JonBenét Ramsey

Maybe he's just the main party pushing it to the public. Maybe he already knew that investigators had been testing the DNA. He's always been on the inside of this investigation. I don't know but I'm sure he has his reasons. CEO John is a smart guy, no one ever accused him of being dumb.

Father says DNA could solve one of country’s biggest murder mysteries: Who killed JonBenét Ramsey

Innocent people do not attempt to flee half way across the country when their daughter lays dead in their living room floor. Innocent people do not allow their child to remain alone in another part of a house that has not been thoroughly searched while believing that their daughter has just...

I don't know about filmed but that GC podcast has him taped, I'm not sure if it was orginal to GC or not.IIRC, in it he gives the names of some people (mostly ones we already knew about) that were in his yard that day but then goes on to say something to the effect of there may have been some...

Most of the discussions I have seen regarding this case have been the same old ones that have been pounded to death and just seem to go around in circles but I haven't seen much focus on Gordon Ave and the surrounding neighborhood. Maybe that's where we need to be looking for answers.
