BBM .. I've seen this stated before and keep meaning to ask where or how this information is known. Was it stated in an article or in one of the court filings? Just more curious than anything and keep forgetting to ask when I see someone talk about it.
Not meaning to blame in any way at all .. but just wondering why the grandma kept him at her house for 2 days before alerting police? and that was only after the mother showed up to pick Bryson up.
*edited to say .. maybe the grandson begged her not to report it and she just didn't know what to...
The silver alert was just issued today after the parents failed to show up to a scheduled meeting with the Indiana State Police. So there was no silver alert last week when the Ohio police pulled the mom over. :(
That thought crossed my mind at first .. until I seen the silver alert ..he is 6'2" and over 200 lbs .. but I also don't know if the police were even allowed to search the vehicle or just looked through the windows.
I don't understand where the boy could have gone in a matter of a few minutes. According to the news articles, the boy was seen leaving in his mothers car and when the car was pulled over within minutes, the boy was not with her. It makes me wonder if the dad was waiting close by in a different...
BBM .. this is why they finally issued the silver alert because the parents backed out of the scheduled meeting. So those early stages of cooperation fell through. :(

This is so strange to me .. that people show up here every day with their cell phones out .. like it's the red carpet. I can't even imagine how that makes the family of JOK feel to see this circus. It's really sad.
I think I read that they had to drain the lift station in order to recover the remains, so I wonder if they suction it out through a large hose into a holding truck and it was taken to the main plant? If so, maybe they filtered that while unloading and found more of the remains?
this is what I have trouble with .. he does seem to lose his @#$& .. I've only watched bits and pieces of the trial and every time I see it, he seems to come across as rude. I'm just saying for me personally, it's very off-putting. I'm glad I'm not on the jury or even worse, sitting in that...
I have to admit .. I feel the exact opposite so far. His voice is loud and degrading to almost every witness I have seen him cross examine. As an outsider .. if I was on the jury, he would have lost me with his attitude. I just think he could get his points across without being so rude and...
