I listed my thoughts in the previous thread but IMO the police don't have it. Otherwise, why wouldn't they show him walking? They obviously have the video to grab screenshots of BG so why not show him walking if it's on the video.

JMO, I think the girls were cropped out and LE enlarged BG in the background. As I stated in my previous post, if LG was intending to record BG, LE would release video of him walking.

I have similar thoughts but I think girls were recording a selfie video when BG approached. I think she put her phone in her pocket once she realized BG was behind them. Thanks for the info. I guess that suggest the suspect didn't have a cell phone or it wasn't on. Otherwise it seems like there wouldn't be too many phones in that area between say 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. And LE may have been able to id/track the suspect.
