I'm very curious about the location of the phone. Doesn't mean much if it was found in the vehicle, but could be significant if it is not.

I noticed that the tires were to the left also. In some photos of the area (older), I noticed circular tire tracks on the beach, likely from people spinning donuts for fun. It could be possible that she (or someone driving) was doing donuts and rolled / slid into the water accidentally.

Agree, I think the others would scatter, and all pretend they thought she was sleeping in the AM when they left her or claim they didn't know she was there. Otherwise, they couldn't really claim it was an accident....

Agreed, alot of nest cameras limit access to video after a certain time frame - like two weeks or one month (depending on which subscription you pay for), so it would be important to be asking for people to check cameras ASAP.

Seems like a very plausible theory. If she is found at a house, I'm sure they will check the router logs of the wifi router at that house, whether people used wifi with their phones or not, typically there is a handshake in which the phones' hardware "MAC" addresses are logged, and those MAC...

They are, but they don't send signals strong enough to connect cell towers from underwater.

Agreed, to me this means it was either thrown into Prosser lake intentionally or entered Prosser lake by accident at around 12:30, especially with the last location in find my Iphone being Prosser.... essentially the phone never left Prosser. They should be magnet dragging to see if they can...
