Looking into Neals Falls MO further - I'm not convinced he's connected to these crimes. He seemed to target escorts and all of the victims here worked at retail stores close to the highway. There is the possibility that his MO changed and intensified over time, but I'm just not sold on this...

IMO this seems to be very different from the I-70 serial killer's MO. Also, does anyone know if Neal Falls has been tied to these crimes via DNA? And for that matter, does anyone know if any DNA evidence has been collected in this case?
