The fact that staff was using the area to take out trash was stated in the Comeback Podcast. I really wish we could get clarification from Hurst on the state of the construction site. Completely dug up to me does not necessarily mean trenches with piles of dirt, but it’s all opinion at this point.

On the True Crime Garage podcast they did an update on Brian recently. They said they talked with the band, and several people including employees, friends of the band, etc exited out of the same door as the band.

My issues with the whole getting concrete put over him are 1). The area was searched multiple times. If fresh concrete was noticed by anyone searching, I’m sure it would have raised a red flag. Especially to Mr. Shaffer. If it were my family, I would raise holy hell to get it investigated and...

I find it so strange that Clint was completely bashed, and these med students weren’t even mentioned. It makes sense to me if you are there with 2 groups of people, and you don’t leave with 1 group you could likely be with the other group. I wonder if the med school worked with the police to...

TX - Elizabeth Barraza, 29, murdered setting up garage sale, Harris County, Jan 2019

I live in the area, and have seen several recent Facebook posts shared from her husband and friends. One of her friends posted something to a local neighborhood site. It’s probably hard for them to get additional news/media coverage with no new info coming out.

You are making pretty big assumptions based on phone records. They could have communicated via Facebook, MySpace, email, etc. Also as I stated before they worked/went to school basically a few minutes walking distance from each other. Not to mention they both lived near campus. Maybe Clint...

This also wasn't a normal time period though in that Brian's mother has passed. Does anyone know if Clint went to Brian's mothers funeral?

Brian was likely too busy to go out anytime other than school breaks which could explain why they didn't see each other for extended periods of time. Also, they both worked/attended school in relatively the same area of campus, so they may have seen each other in person. Curious if the phone...

Keep in mind this was a fish restaurant and a bar. You not only have weird fish smells, but also the smells of a bunch of intoxicated people jammed into a small space. Also "stench" is relative. The stench of vomit for example is way different than the stench of a dead body. I have been in so...

Clint seeking immunity was already denied by Sgt Hurst. Clint had an aliby in Meredith (they were house sitting together) until the next morning. Meredith took and passed a lie detector test. Unless Meredith is a really good liar, Clint is only involved if 1. Brian told him he was taking off and...

If Brian found a way out that is not on camera, it's possible that other people may have come into the bar that same way and were never seen on camera. I've always thought that someone else is involved. Maybe someone who worked at the bar, but was not working that night came to hang out. A...
