  3. J. J. in Phila

PA PA - District Attorney Ray Gricar Mysteriously Disappeared - Bellefonte 15 April 2005 #18

You will have to check old newspapers. You might want to check old threads, which were contemporaneous.
  4. J. J. in Phila

MD MD - Jonathan Luna, 38, Baltimore, 4 December 2003

Yardbird (Keisling) has been discredited. I know he flip-flopped on Gricar.
  5. J. J. in Phila

MD MD - Jonathan Luna, 38, Baltimore, 4 December 2003

Welcome! I would be very interested in the background of the case, especially US Attorney Thomas DiBiagio.
  6. J. J. in Phila

PA PA - District Attorney Ray Gricar Mysteriously Disappeared - Bellefonte 15 April 2005 #18

Yes, the reports of LE and the family. It was not noted in the police report, but the police that were there reported it.
  7. J. J. in Phila

PA PA - District Attorney Ray Gricar Mysteriously Disappeared - Bellefonte 15 April 2005 #18

Yes. DNA was recovered, but it did not match anything in a criminal database.
  8. J. J. in Phila

    PA PA - Richard Petrone, 35, & Danielle Imbo, 34, Philadelphia, 19 Feb 2005 - #3

There was no suggestion that they were, along with no list of old partners.
  9. J. J. in Phila

PA PA - District Attorney Ray Gricar Mysteriously Disappeared - Bellefonte 15 April 2005 #18

Not one person has come forward to say that RFG ever interviews anyone about Sandusky after 1998. He never spoke Victim 6 or the victim's mother, even in 1998.
  10. J. J. in Phila

PA PA - District Attorney Ray Gricar Mysteriously Disappeared - Bellefonte 15 April 2005 #18

No one "assisted" RFG in 1998, except his staff, and he removed the case from the designated abuse ADA. There was zero evidence he was doing anything with Sandusky. Further, the originals were not digitized in 1998.
  11. J. J. in Phila

PA PA - District Attorney Ray Gricar Mysteriously Disappeared - Bellefonte 15 April 2005 #18

Her information is excellent. However, it does not support her conclusions. Further, she has not been able to reach a public conclusion.
  12. J. J. in Phila

PA PA - District Attorney Ray Gricar Mysteriously Disappeared - Bellefonte 15 April 2005 #18

Remember that, even more so then, the area is very rural. Doorbell cameras were unheard of in that area.
  13. J. J. in Phila

PA PA - District Attorney Ray Gricar Mysteriously Disappeared - Bellefonte 15 April 2005 #18

No. It was 2005. There was a camera at the courthouse, and RFG shows up the evening of 4/14/05. The route is largely rural. Even today, I would not be overly surprised if someone driving from Pleasant Gap to Lewisburg via Route 192 would not be caught on video.

I'm not offended, but we all need to be clear that she was not some sheltered child dependent on "Daddy." In 2005 LAG was an adult. She had several years of college, was in her mid-20, in a relationship, and had worked in several jobs.

PA PA - District Attorney Ray Gricar Mysteriously Disappeared - Bellefonte 15 April 2005 #18

First, I object to the word "child." LAG was an adult, in a relationship, and living more than 2,500 miles away. They had not been living in the same household for more than a decade prior to RFG's disappearance. Second, RFG did provide financially for her, so that could even be part of a...

PA PA - District Attorney Ray Gricar Mysteriously Disappeared - Bellefonte 15 April 2005 #18

I actually had to pay more as a capital gain tax. About $10 k, the tax not the income.

PA PA - District Attorney Ray Gricar Mysteriously Disappeared - Bellefonte 15 April 2005 #18

Maybe. It is possible that, due to the surface change from the parking lot to the street, and/or due to the masking effect of exhausts, that the bloodhound lost the trail. That said, they could not find RFG's scent elsewhere in the area. That makes suicide much less likely. The scent is...
