I have no idea why someone feels witnesses arent' telling the truth unless it's a witness that backs LE, then it's the truth, even if just regurgitating what was heard.
Such sweeping comments when no one was...

 Michael Brown family attorney on autopsy results: "This officer should have been arrested" http://on.msnbc.com/Xv9A1e
accurate as it matches the autopsy?
Accurate that it mimics Wilson's type written incident report?
Coming from her is still 2nd hand hearsay but holds more water than those on the scene who dispute that account.
BBM
The mid arm shot could have been when Mike Brown's back was to the officer or when putting his hands up.
What find is that? Josie offering up 2nd hand hearsay as evidence?
She's just relaying what she was told or heard..
Nope, not kidding..
When you think about how a mass murderer was taken alive to face his charges, why didn't Wilson afford the same to Mike Brown. If his hands were raised above his head, Wilson should have taken him into custody.
Punched in the face or did the vehicle door fling back on him.
As DJ said, Wilson flung the door so hard it hit us (standing close to vehicle) and it flung back onto Wilson..that could be how he was treated for a swollen face and released from hospital...
It is mellow..
What happened in the store, is terrible. I don't condone those actions but he shouldn't be dead either.
He should have been arrested and charged for that, not given the death penalty.
I keep seeing this fought over the weapon, where is the proof? No other witness saw that, Wilson states that but is it the truth? Or is it just words to justify the killing?
That's your description, no one I heard said he was charging like a bull..only here..
What's been said as he was falling (has abrasions on his face where he hit the ground)..
Listen to the PC yourself, I posted it upthread, it might clear up things that are being said.
Firing wildly in that manner could have gotten an innocent person shot dead.
I'm wondering how many shots were fired in total from Wilson's weapon, that hasn't been told.
With all due respect, the only one stated that is Wilson, which is the common phrase used. He went for my gun. He went for a gun..it appears to be speak to justify actions..
