2010.06.28 - Kyron's Dad files for divorce and restraining order

Frankly, I see no reason why TH should satisfy the public's unseemly need to know every little thing about this case. We can wonder, and we can want to know all we want, but NONE of the participants in this case have any obligation to satisfy our curiosity (and not satisfying our curiousity...

2010.06.28 - Kyron's Dad files for divorce and restraining order

I don't know what anyone else was/is thinking, but I am thinking in terms of the IRS and the legal system. Different than how society thinks of gifts. IMO, of course

2010.06.28 - Kyron's Dad files for divorce and restraining order

Are you sure about this, eyes? I'm just thinking - if a stranger out of the blue pays off my car loan, I don't think I have to declare it. For some reason I liken it to an insurance settlement - I can remember years ago getting a fairly sizable check from a class action suit (and boy, was I...

2010.06.28 - Kyron's Dad files for divorce and restraining order

Well, who else has done more to keep TH's name in the news? Regular press outings with all of them saying "we know TH knows more than she's saying" and even saying "we know she's responsible"? Without those pressers, just how long do you think this would have stayed up front in the news...

Landscaper says Terri Horman wanted him to kill her husband!

BBM Do we know exactly how the sting went down? I don't think I've ever read exactly what happened.

Landscaper says Terri Horman wanted him to kill her husband!

I thought what Bunch said was clear (if I'm understanding it correctly). Rudy Sanchez is an alias that was assigned to the LS at the beginning. His name could be Peter Pan, John Q. Public, John Doe - we just don't know.

    Terri and the gym

BBM 1st Bold - you agree we don't all act the same but go on to critizise TH because she doesn't break down (as you think she should?) 2nd Bold - You apparently think she's a bad mother and that's your right but are you being fair or are you judging her on what you've read on the Internet...

    Terri and the gym

I have to ask - what difference does that make? Loss is loss, hurt is hurt, disbelief is disbelief, that horrible sinking feeling in your stomach isn't any different whether it's a death you're trying to deal with or an unbelieveable disappearnce. And once again (and hopefully for the last...

    Terri and the gym

Why shouldn't Terri be allowed to sleep? Many people (me included occasionally) use sleep as an escape from stressful situations. Just because she doesn't appear to be acting as you would (and not pointing just at you - your post echoes a lot of others I've seen) doesn't mean it's suspicious...

OR - Kyron Horman, 7 yo Second grader, Portland, 4 June 2010 - Part #9

In the country I live in people are assumed innocent until proven otherwise. I didn't think that changed for missing person cases. While I agree that LO will look to immediate circle of family/friends first, it is still up to the law to produce evidence to take a person to court.

OR - Kyron Horman, 7 yo Second grader, Portland, 4 June 2010 - Part #7

And when my father passed, my sister and I went shopping after the funeral - we knew he'd understand.
