NC - Shaniya Davis, 5, missing from her home 11/10/09 #5

Just wanted to share a couple of thoughts I had last night...Could they be possible: If Shaniya had only been there 3 weeks - it was long enough for a male companion (Coe, possibly?) to take an unhealthy interest in the child - McNeill (or someone - aunt?) notices and NEEDS to remove the...

I just watched the McNeill court appearance posted above...does anyone else think he looks like he's about to cry?

I didn't hear "for now" - I heard "right now" if I'm listening to the same part of the presser as you...reporter asks are the charges against Coe being dropped & she answers "yes, right now they are". I took that as they are being dropped as we speak. Maybe you're referring to a different...

NC - Shaniya Davis, 5, missing from her home 11/10/09 #3

I think they would have her by now if he was telling where she is - the article says he was arrested last night. ETA: Apparently, he was arrested Friday morning - but has been in custody since Thursday night being questioned.

NC - Shaniya Davis, 5, missing from her home 11/10/09 #3

This is insane - this poor sweet child needs to be found. I can only pray that he has tucked her away safely with someone (a nice person w/ no criminal record who will turn her in immediately upon hearing of his arrest/the situation). I can't handle much more of this - I can't imagine what's...

It does "fit" - I'm apparently easily confused! O/T - Prayers said for your strength to quit - Good for YOU! Good Luck!

If this is correct, how can he be the live in boyfriend?

I might just be confused, as I don't get to follow as much as I'd like (stupid job, LOL!) but I'll write this out anyway... I thought the park manager denied mom's application - accepted the sister's application - and didn't even know that mom & Shaniya lived w/ the sister. How does park...

I was actually just watching HLN - they showed the last little bit of a press conference, I believe.

Did I hear wrong? He said the POI led them to the body and went on to say that the person that led them to the body was in fact a juvenile. Is that what he said?

Features are SO similar - but the skintone & haircolor couldn't change that much, could they?

Read comment #41 in the story linked in the first post. I don't know that I believe a commenter on a story - but if that person made the call...Kara's dad was probably contacted previously.

I cannot imagine them turning away help - what in the world are they doing to find this little girl?! I wonder if they know something they aren't saying. Thank you for your efforts to try to help find this child.

OK OK - Jamison Family; Truck, IDs, money, & dog found abandoned, Oct 2009 - #1

I've lurked long enough - Time to start posting! Yes, I would think they could bring dogs in - does scent last that long that they'd be able to pick up a trail?

OK OK - Jamison Family; Truck, IDs, money, & dog found abandoned, Oct 2009 - #1

If nothing in the truck was disturbed & it looked like they were just getting out for a little bit to look over the land - maybe that's just what happened - maybe they wandered to close to an old well/hole of some kind or something like that (obviously they weren't very familiar w/ the land) &...
