Is there something wrong with our judicial system to allow this to happen? ..for jurors to have regrets about their decision because they didn't have enough evidence to convict? Maybe they should get rid of the "sequestering" process, as well as alliw jurors to do their own investigations on...

To AzL: Since the COA order the transcript released, could'nt one of the people present that day when she testified (such as TA's family memebers) make a pubilc comment about her testimony? They are not held to secrecy anymore.

Forgive me if this has been addressed before but how did the blood get on her pajamas and robe if she shot the kids right after picking up Beau from practice and then went upstairs to shoot her daughter? Was she wearing the pajamas and robe when she went to pick up Beau?
