I am coming in late, but wanted to add my thoughts to this thread. I believe Casey killed Caylee in the Anthony house, in her bedroom, the night after her big fight with Cindy. I think she took Caylee to her room and was furious and in a rage. She killed Caylee at that time and then stayed...

Just my guess - I think the sticker backing and envelope are items in a shoebox that Casey was saving. The sticker backing is not stuck on the envelope just laying on it in the box when the picture was taken. The envelope probably contains a card (birthday, holiday, congrats on birth, etc.)...

The close-up pic (#11) definitely looks like pull-up lining to me. Someone who doesn't have experience with pull-ups might describe it as a "cloth".
