Can anyone figure out why LKB's husband, famed pathologist Dr. Michael Baden, has been very outspoken in terms of the forensic evidence favoring the prosecution's case....yet his own wife is a member of the defense team and proclaims KC's innocence? It just seems like a very awkward conflict...

Seriously, I hate to go there but I am so convinced JB's head over heels. I know it is a sickening thought, but if God forbid KC walks on all of this...I would love to see what kind of "relationship" the two of them have after the fact. that would also explain his creepy, emotional behavior.

Yeah, or maybe it was making him physically ill to deal with the fact that every shred of evidence (even if it is circumstantial) directly points the finger at his licorice-loving client. It will be hard to argue his way out of that box.
