Yes it is normal. My dad used to do this. They make sure that no one visits the jurors and that the jurors don't leave. They need rooms all on the same floor and the same hallway.

There was a pancake place there years ago called Jocko's. On the same triangular shaped piece of land where Tim Horton's is.

I used to sell Tupperware with this group about 10 years ago. Not sure the size of the group now but back then we could get 50-100 people or so at the weekly rallies. Many people would be carpooling though. Can't really remember when they ended but I want to say between 9:30 and 10pm
