    Gotcha, but I would hope the definition might be different in news reporting from real estate advertising as it might affect the perception of the wealth of the individual which might go toward motive. Just my thoughts.

    Her building was described as having "luxury" apartments. In Baltimore would a 1 bedroom at $1,500 /mo be a "luxury" apartment?

    Victory for Heinze. Judge resolves to try the case this year. 1000 or so items of evidence. Many can't be tested until the defense obtains a DNA expert because the evidence will be consumed in the testing. Defense is in no hurry...
