What do you think about the West Memphis Three?

IMHO, the most likely scenario is that the kids were running away together to escape both Byers and Hobbs. Christopher fleeing physical abuse by Byers and Stevie fleeing physical and possible sexual abuse (there is evidence of this in depositions by family members of Branch) by Hobbs. According...

What do you think about the West Memphis Three?

There's a rather extensive history of abuse of Stevie Branch, including possible sexual abuse, by his stepfather, Terry Hobbs who's DNA was found at the scene. According to Michael Moore's father, Michael spent a lot of time at Stevie's house. Christopher Byers was also a victim of abuse by a...

If you look at it logically it's very clear who did it!

From Arndt's 2000 deposition: A. The politics involved people in supervisory positions able to see black and white and not able to see anything that wasn't tangible. And if a person's opinion on the investigative team was in the minority, that opinion was dismissed. Q. Does that include your...

What do you feel was the motivation to have Burke interview with Dr. Phil? Did no one for see the disaster it would be?

MR. LEVIN: Thank you, Mr. Wood. I appreciate the opportunity [to ask the question]. MR. WOOD: Thank you. MR. LEVIN: Mr. Ramsey, it is our belief based on forensic evidence that there are hairs that are associated, that the source is the collared black shirt that you sent us that are found...

MA - Professor Karen Read, 43, charged with murdering police officer boyfriend John O'Keefe by hitting him with car, Canton, 14 Apr 2023

I know this is off-topic, but 'Karen' has got to be hands-down the absolute WORST first name for a female criminal defendant at this time in human history.

To all the people that cant fathom a 10 year old could not commit murder.

The title of the thread is to all the people who can't fathom a 10 year old child could not commit murder. Who are the people here who don't believe a 10 yr. old could commit murder? I've never seen even one. It's the parents people refuse to believe could do this even tho the evidence points...

Other than this one, Reddit and Facebook. It's all pretty much a BDI echo chamber.

To all the people that cant fathom a 10 year old could not commit murder.

I don't understand the title of this thread. Who are all of these supposed people who can't fathom a 10 yr. old committing murder? This folder could be renamed Burke Did It. No one seems to have a problem believing a little boy committing this murder. Who people refuse to believe could do this...

To all the people that cant fathom a 10 year old could not commit murder.

I'm not seeing where anyone has trouble believing this. Almost everyone who posts here believes Burke is guilty although the bulk of the evidence points to a parent.

To all the people that cant fathom a 10 year old could not commit murder.

Cases involving a parent killing a child over toileting accidents: Kimmy and Kristen MacDonald, ages 2 and 5. Many who researched the case believe the trigger for Jeffrey MacDonald's fatal rage to have been one of the little girls wetting his side of the bed. Afterward MacDonald staged the...

This is a copy/paste of the peacock documentary filmmaker's interview with Variety magazine, if anyone's interested: Why did Casey Anthony feel like now was the right time to participate in a series like this? Casey says she chose to speak now because she’s been through 10 years of therapy and...

If you look at it logically it's very clear who did it!

According to the police report, Burke was crying as he was being led from the house that night. Of course he didn't question why the police were there, that's what kids who've been exposed to or who have experienced abuse do; they shut up, they don't ask, they hope it'll all go away. He told...

If you look at it logically it's very clear who did it!

There were no drag marks on JonBenet's body and the cord around her neck is in a perfect horizontal which is not the position the cord would've ended up in if she'd been dragged. Burke could easily have dragged her by an arm or leg. The books often referred to on R's shelf were conservative...
