JW" The burglary charge was noted in the list of charges on paperwork the family filed in a civil lawsuit. And again, he did not have to have stolen the radio to be charged with it. He committed burglary and murder. Burglary because he entered the house to committ the crime.

JTF. A little more research will show that burglary was one of the charges in that case.

Perhaps, but I'm not sure of course. The Chief was somewhat vague when asked about DH at the press conference. His entire body language changed and he took a long pause before answering. He seemed to choose his words about the question regarding her slowly and more carefully. It's the...

JTF...You continue to miss the point. You do not need to steal something for a burglary to have been committed. That is a common misnomer. He entered the premises and committed multiple felonies. The comparison by another member regarding a cancer diagnosis and pink eye shows a lack of...

JTF - this is the NC Statute on burglary. Just still curious as to why JW wasn't charged with it. Anyone have any ideas? Burglary can be charged as first or second degree. A person can be convicted of burglary if they break and enter a house, without the consent of the owner, at night...

When her aunt recounted the events of March 5-6, she never mentioned encountering anyone that would match Williford’s description, Fuqua said. She hasn’t spoken with her aunt since Williford’s arrest. “I haven’t had much communication with her in the last six...

JTF...hear me out. If an individual enters a premise and commits a felony...ANY FELONY - that person is guilty of felony burglary. JW entered the home and committed multiple felonies. this was also a burglary. Unless of course he was let into the house.

The charge of burglary is a felony in the state of North Carolina! Burglary is committed when an individual enters a premise with the intention of committing a felony!!!!! Felony assualt, Rape, and Murder are felonies!!!!!!!!!!!!! Therefore a burglary was also committed. Why was he not...

Amarillo - I'm not trying to be sarcastic, but my guess is that JW was not living a traditional married life.

You don't have to steal something for it to be classified a burglary. The definition of Burglary is entering the premises with the intent to commit a felony. Felony assault and rape are FELONIES!

JTF and other...I have to ask again - what is your theory on why JW has not been charged with burglary?

Still, no one has said why JW was not charged with burglary/B&E. Is it possible he was let into the house by DH at some point in the evening and that just hasn't been revealed yet? I find it very strange that this was not one of the charges. It also seemed that the Chief was a little...
