FWIW, I was around or bigger than a D-cup by the time I entered high school at 14. Andrea Durham does look a lot like the UID, IMO. I think she's at least worth inquiring about.

My first thought was Zodiac, but I'm sure he's probably been looked into, especially if DNA samples are in CODIS. This is such an interesting case. It really seems like it should be able to be solved. He does look a lot like Whitey. It'd really be something if it was!
