Fox News is an acceptable source isn't it? I've seen others discuss things they heard via tv news so I assumed it was adequate.

I'm not challenging what you've said because I have no idea. But I just want to add, don't you think it depends on what deal the DA struck with the witness? I'm just saying that based on other cases I've read about or followed over the yrs.

It's dubious if there was a leak. Fox news does report a lot of things other sources don't. However they also get a lot of stuff wrong. It's not uncommon for them to report a tidbit like that, then you never hear another word about it in all of creation. Not slamming them, but it's just the truth.
