Deceased/Not Found TN - Janet Levine March, 33, Nashville, 15 Aug 1996 *P. March guilty*

The story can be found at Nashvillechannel5.com At any rate, March is appealing his conviction because of judicial errors and because it wasn't "fair." Wasn't fair to kill Janet either, Perry.

Deceased/Not Found TN - Janet Levine March, 33, Nashville, 15 Aug 1996 *P. March guilty*

Hi. It's me again, but a year later. Anyhow, read my girlfriend' Jeanne King's book on March. She tells me that ol' Perry is sitting in his cell and handwriting up briefs galore. Doesn't have a chance.....not to worry.

    Deceased/Not Found CA - Tom, 57, & Jackie Hawks, 47, Newport Beach, 14 Nov 2004 *Four guilty*

No streaming video anywhere? No cameras in the courtroom? I am left hanging on the vine. The defense opening yesterday has left me reeling.

GUILTY CA - Lana Clarkson, 40, fatally shot, Alhambra, 3 Feb 2003

My cat's MUCH prettier than yours! The verdict: how's tomorrow (Wed.)? Lotsa tea-reading today. The jury deliberated 22 minutes past their lunch time, shortening their lunch time. The last hour? Lotta commotion, judge came out of his office, court clerk spent quality time (as opposed to...

GUILTY CA - Lana Clarkson, 40, fatally shot, Alhambra, 3 Feb 2003

Tuesday, for sure. Monday I have to tend to life, but Tues. I am as free as a bird. If all of us were right about #5, Monday might be the day that Judge Fidler adresses the issue. I always stay till the end so that I can get a gander at the exiting jurors...ya never know. No way for them...

I wish you were there as well! Did I mention that the juror props that they requested were already outside the jury room? The items were the easel and a blackboard. Thanks for verifying what I saw was right. Like reading tie leaves. Harriet Ryan is an oustanding CRT reporter and of course...

Read what I first posted Friday after court. What do you think? Did I exagerate, misinterpret?

Mick Brown sits next to Dominick Dunne in court and immediately (almost) next to the first row of jurors. One doesn't even have to put on one's glasses to see the panel's demeanor. That close. So he saw that the film hit its mark. I didn't know. The man is a wonderful writer and...

William, I think that you might have been right! What was their purpose? Read Mick Brown's entire article in The Telegraph, printed in today's edition. Go to drudge.com, scroll down to the UK papers.

I also forgot to tell you all that the easel and blackboard was already outside the jury deliberation room. That's how close they are (I think). I have the gut feeling that we have one holdout.

DO ME A FAVOR: Go to the (UK) Telegraph and read today's article by Mick Brown. He was in court all day yesterday. He's the very best. If nothing else, he's varified what I was first to tell you all. I always go through Dridgereport.com, scroll down to the UK papers until you reach The...

GUILTY CA - Lana Clarkson, 40, fatally shot, Alhambra, 3 Feb 2003

I am hoping that she has a voltile, temperamental nature and that when she calms down she'll listen to the other 11 members of the jury. If, howver, she agreed that past grievances between black and white were correctly answered by Simpson's jury nullification, then we are in deep trouble...

GUILTY CA - Lana Clarkson, 40, fatally shot, Alhambra, 3 Feb 2003

I sure hope so. Man, who in his/her right mind accepted a juror who thought that justice had been done in the Simpson criminal trial? Didn't anybody see any red hot flags??????????? I am really despaired tonight.

GUILTY CA - Lana Clarkson, 40, fatally shot, Alhambra, 3 Feb 2003

What was there to dislike? A breathing human being? A daughter, sister, an innocent? Biggest defense case error in my living memory. This juror has an ax to grind. The best thing about what I saw was that she was pissed off and not the silent type. There is hope for her when she comes...

GUILTY CA - Lana Clarkson, 40, fatally shot, Alhambra, 3 Feb 2003

I was so agitated by that and some other things that I saw in court today that I posted it on both sites. The good things I experienced: Dominick Dunne telling someone that there were such good people in this courtroom! The bad? Hearing Spector's son tell the LA Times reporter whata his...

GUILTY CA - Lana Clarkson, 40, fatally shot, Alhambra, 3 Feb 2003

This is not a reply but a brand new subject: I spent quality hours on a very hard bench in a very cold courtroom today, Frid, Septembe 13. At 4:00 PM, as the jury filed out for the evening, I saw something very disturbing that makes me think that something is wrong: The first juror out of...

He certainly would not be out on bail following a guilty verdict! Heck, NO!

With all due respect to GAry Spector, he doesn't know anything about royalty payments for now and into perpetuity. He's thinking of today's liquid money (I thin), i.e. the "castle," the furnishings, his savings. I am thinking about the ka$shing everytime any of Spector's music is played...

The fact that a lwyer, specializing in both appellate issues and in writing jury instructions tells me loud and clear that the defense knows what the verdict will be. OK. So it's just me but that's how I read it.
